Hybrid Wheel System

Officially, it seems the upper Wheel is a "Clear Wheel", and the second, a "Metal Wheel".
Since these might be included in other Random Booster Light Volumes, I am just posting the current Light Wheels here :

So, Wind is Wind Aquario's Light Wheel.
That's a pretty interesting way to name the blades.
taking an example from the Takara-Tomy website update.
On Storm Pegasis, the clear wheel is called "Pegasis", and the metal wheel is called "Storm".

So instead of "Rock Leone Clear wheel with Dark Wolf metal wheel 100RF", you could do "Dark Leone 100RF"
Question: Are they all going to be like this? Or is it just the boosters? Also are these limited (should I be buying these boosters?). Also where are we going to get the metal rings if not in the boosters?

Starters and Boosters come with Metal Wheels, but Starters include a launcher.

Random Boosters do not come with Metal Wheels, only Light Wheels which will be made of plastic. You have 1/8 chance to get one of the beyblades in a Random Booster.
So the plastic will fit over the metal wheels? And the light wheels are rare?
Yes, Clear wheels fit over the Metal Wheels.

And no, not really. Light Wheels come in Random Booster Lights, which are inexpensive compared to other HWS blades.
So what exactly is the purpose of these 'Light Wheels'. Why would you want to use the light wheels, when there's the metal wheels...?

And are the light wheels supposed to be used like how the metal wheels are used in the HWS:
Face
Clear Wheel
Light Wheel ('metal wheel' would normally be placed here)
Track
Bottom
Why are people not going crazy? The first one is Libra! As a HWS!
Light wheel or Metal Wheel?

Pegasis Storm MW
A4 - D1 - E1
Pegasis Stom LW
A4 - D2 - E1

WHY???

Yes, exactly.

No, Light Wheels, which are made of plastic, will replace the Metal Wheel, made of metal, in the Hybrid Wheel System. Refer to one of the diagrams posted in this topic or Aqua_24's message I just quoted.
Kool, I'm starting to really like this system.
The naming system they are using is pretty awesome, too.

Aren't the light wheels only in the Random Booster Light?
Storm Pegasis, Rock Leone and Dark Wolf, which are also part of HWS, come with one Clear wheel and one Metal wheel, the contents of the RBL come with the Light wheel as a substitute for the Metal wheel.
That's how I understood it, atleast, or am I wrong? Really confused now.
No your right, the Metal wheels come in the Boosters & Starters and the Light wheels are in the New Random Booster light's.
Yeah, you're right.

EDIT: Blitz beat me to it.
Whats the point of them doing this? There going to be really light compared to the full metal's.

Yes, but they are still part of the Hybrid Wheel System because they involve both a Clear Wheel and some other, wider Wheel beneath it, therefore I do not understand why there would be a misunderstanding here ...
It's funny how the Clear wheel has different star stats on the MFB website. Grin
They really don't look like they'll affect battle.
the light wheels are still dumb and i won't be tricked by a neat naming scheme

And it's too bad too. I'd really like to see the Light Wheel "Mad" in metal.

look at dark wolf then same sub wheel the light wheel are just plastic vesions of the metal ones that come with the random booster just so you can have a full beyblade
One final question, are these hybrids going to replace the MFB's? Im just now getting into the full metals, I dont need more gimmicks!

I'm pretty sure Hybrids are a part of MFB. I don't think these are going to "replace" old full metal MFBs, They don't offer a very significant gain.

The HWS is a part of Metal Fight Beyblade. It's not replacing anything, it's just a new system in the series. Like how in the plastic series; you had Magnecore beyblades and Engine Gear beyblades.
