Hybrid Wheel System
MFLibraD125D would be better IMO
The upper layer of the Hybrid Wheel is made of Clear PolyCarbonate.
I assume that's better than normal plastic?
I might as well post it :
"They say that the upper layer of the new Hybrid Wheels is made of Clear PolyCarbonate (CPC), which, it seems, is more resistant to breaks and will create bigger shocks when it hits another object (?)."
The second effect is what I figured out from one of the pictures in the scan.

Yup.
This is what wikipedia says about CPC, "Their interesting features (temperature resistance, impact resistance and optical properties) position them between commodity plastics and engineering plastics."

Looking at the scan about Storm Pegasis, I don't see how Beyblades would even come into contact with the CPC part ...

^Thats what i was just thinking lol.

Well, Takara must have a reason for that? I doubt they'd use some special plastic just for it to hardly have use in battle. They used an impact reisistant plastic for a reason....
Maybe it`ll just act as a shock absorber/adder upon impact
It will be able to have some contact but VERY little. My faces have dents in them from where there has been contacts against other blades, sooo... these will get some contact.
CPC? Oh, cool! That's what they use for sewage piping, right?
But, like every one is saying, it doesn't seem like other blades, will come in contact with CPC part.

Just looking over this again

Mad Cancer seams to have some serious Attack potential.

Wow, I know they're just Gatchapon type toys, but they seem to reveal alot. Flame Sagiitario looks promising (based on this anyways).
Sagg is the Yellow one with the question mark face BTW
Yeah, can't see much potentinal for Sagg TBH, Libra is much better and it looks to have to much recoil. Wonder why you don't see the face. Could it be a Metal one! Thats why it's delayed!
Yeah I agree Flame Sagittario doesn't look like it'll be much of an improvement from Sagittario. But I'm excited for the rest of them. I also wanna see Wind Aquario.
The CPC part of the HWS looks like it will just be more of a shock absorber than anything which could change the game up a bit. Maybe it's not supposed to make much contact with other blades.

So what I've gathered from this topic is that Hybrid blades will just be regular MFB blades with interchangable plastic pieces attached to the metal wheel. It sounds like this has more of an aesthetic purpose than practical purpose... Just noticed that Brad said that in a way through the topic but meh.
They should be working on more important things... And should make a blade with a cyan plastic piece (not transparent), or something that's like customizable like a plastic piece that you can draw something on or paint or something.

:pwn: uhhh
1. who cares if there's a cyan piece
2. you can already paint any part you want

And I care if there's a cyan piece, cyan is the best. But there's never cyan anything. (Including spray paint)
Quetz parts, and like F and 100 are clear cyan aren't they? Dunno about any recent non-clear cyan parts.....maybe you could count Virgo?
