Also I will begin to post Chapter 2 right under this post to make it more organized and I will also add that info at the first post. Also check out the Art thread to see the full picture. Please point out any flaws which can either be grammar or spelling errors, or if something is unclear. I have studied on how to write better, dunno if it helped me but oh well. Any feeback is appreciated.

Chapter 2:
Act 1 - Act 4
How the End Begins
15 years ago the world undertook a calamity that changed everything. A gate from hell opened, giving every evil being from the underworld a free trip into our world, among them: The Grims. Five of the strongest beings of evil nature came into our world. People of all races from across all lands fought with all their might but that wasn't enough. A Twilight by the name of Felix tried to stop the gate by sacrificing himself. Sadly the only thing he did was to kill hundreds, both allies and foes, leaving the gate defenseless which was the last straw which doomed the Earth. As Demons started taking over cities, lands and regions the humans declared martial law. Humans never knew that their mythology and fantasy creatures really existed. Military prowess was nothing against magic and immortal beings. One by one cities fell to the Demons and as such humans collaborated with other mythical beings to fight with them. As months passed and the world war rages on the only land standing in the end was United Kingdom which is now considered a holy land. Humans became slaves and Angels were hunted down after the calamity. Heaven closed in fear that the Grims might someday get up there. As a result Earth got no support and Angels who was already on Earth were trapped for good. Some of Felix's friends survived and are currently being hunted. This tragic event became known as the “Gismos Eventâ€. Some people blamed Felix for this since he killed allies which left the Hell Gate defenseless, some blamed Heaven for not sending reinforcements. Ciela, one of the Five Angels of Cinqsection, which is one of the major cities in the world, gave birth to Felix's children only 9 months after the calamity. She knew by a fact that her two daughters weren't safe in the world to come so she hid them away. Ciela tough her daughters how to protect themselves in this new world. One day Koga, another of the Five Angels and a good friend to Ciela came with a disturbing message. Ciela was forced to leave her children Aurora and Anona behind. Four years have passed and they haven't heard a single word from their mother. The twins became troubled and started searching for her and they know that the Gismos have a bounty on their heads which isn't making the search any easier. This is where their story begins.
In a remote town Anona and Aurora was staying in an Inn for a couple of days in hope that they would find any clues of their mother's location. “So where haven't we searched?†Aurora mumbled to herself. â€Hey! Whiskey and milk please.†yelled Anona to the bartender. “I think we might be done here, we better move within two days...†she continued. When they go their drinks Aurora held her hands over the glasses “They are safe...†she said. Aurora has the ability to sense things and analyze them as well as 'reading' an objects history. Anona's abilities are instincts. Her instincts exceed that of any ordinary person both enhancing her reflexes and understanding during life threatening situations. Suddenly a noisy group of Orcs walked through the door of the Inn. They seemed intoxicated by something. They sat right beside Aurora and Anona and they tried to ignore the orcs. “Let's go...†whispered Aurora to Anona. As they both got off their chairs an Orc grabbed Anona's hand. “Y-you l-look cute...†the Orc said hiccoughed. Anona pulled her hand back irritated and the Orc fell off his chair. The other Orcs just laughed “Scumbag...†Anona said to the Orc on the floor and walked away with her sister. “Hard to picture a world without these 'things'.†Anona said while they walked to their room. “I wish we could see the blue sky and the bright sun someday...†said Aurora. Neither of the twins had ever experienced a sunny day. Since the Gismos Event the sky became red and the clouds gray due to the dark energies around the world. A blue sky and a bright sun were considered a fairytale now. “Remi, would you stay guard?†asked Aurora when they got to their room. Remi are the twins' signature weapon. All Angels has one but what's special about the twins' is that they share the same signature weapon and their weapon is a squirrel. Felix's signature weapon was a human with the name of Renzo Yuima which transformed into a snake-spear and Ciela's was Mantes, also a human. Mantes' abilities was that he transformed into two iron gauntlets and when Ciela were in her overcharge, an ability that increases your powers by a tenfold for a short period of time, she also acquire a mask however Mantes got destroyed by a Daemon right before the Gismos Event happened.
The next day the twins decided to get provisions for their next trip. They walked among the market in the town. They saw a slave dealer, selling humans. As much as it pained Aurora she could not rescue them. “Stay close.†reminded Anona her. Orcs, Demons, Witches, Vampires, every evil mythical being roamed the Earth's streets while humans and mostly Angels went into hiding. In this new world people are ranked by their standards. The higher the standard the more respect and privileges you got. Humans and Angels are ranked lowest of them all. Humans are used for slavery work and angels are being hunted like animals. After the twins got what they needed they returned immediately for the Inn. For the rest of the day the twins spent their time in their room, getting prepared to leave this town.
As they slept a sudden loud sound woke them up. The twins heard a commotion coming from downstairs in the lobby. “I think this is our signal.†said Anona while picking up her things. Both Aurora and Anona jumped out of the window from their room on the third floor. Looking up Anona saw light getting turned on in their room they stayed in. As they casual walked away hoping no one was following them they snuck on a delivery truck. “And I thought we covered our tracks...†said Anona to herself while checking that nobody was following the truck. “Do you know where this truck will take us?†asked Aurora. “Far away from the town for sure. Honestly? I don't know.†Anona replied. Anona decided to sit and follow on where the truck was headed while Aurora slept. Hours passed and the truck stopped. Anona could hear the doors of the truck slam and the driver walk away. “Let’s make this quick.†said Anona to Aurora after waking her up. Both of them jumped off the truck and ran far away as quickly as they could. When they had time to look around they found themselves surrounded by skyscrapers. “Well this sucks...†said Anona to herself. As two angels are now trapped in a city full evil creature. The only thing the twins could do now was to find a place to stay for the night and after that get out of the city quickly. Neon lights, advertisements, people partying, this was a city where every move can be a problem. As they were searching for a place to stay they were unsure of which city they were actually in. They could ask but holding a low profile is essential right now. As the time moved on they were still stuck on finding a place to sleep. Not sure what the time was they decided to stay out on the street. Anona and Aurora found a small alley and unpacked their backpacks there. While hiding with their mother they knew how to stay low on the streets and Aurora could also make a protective barrier. “I don't like this sis...†said Aurora while meddling in her sleeping bag. “We have no other choice. The hotels we found was booked and we cannot look for a place all night. We don't even know which city we are even in.†they decided that one of them should keep an eye out while the other slept then switch after some hours. Anona decided to hold watch first. She sat beside her sister reading books while much commotion was happening outside on the streets. Anona's favorite genre of books were history; about the great leaders and heroic battles. “Remi, are you awake?†asked Anona. A dark-silver squirrel appeared “I am.†answered Remi. “Would you mind finding the quickest way out of this place? Search around and see what the safest route out of the city is for us. I don't want to risk Aurora's life like the last time...†“Always.†replied Remi and ran up the buildings that surrounded them.
At sunrise Remi didn’t come back so the twins didn't know where to go but they couldn't stay in the ally all day either. Much fewer things where in the streets in the morning which made it much safer. As they walked through the big city Aurora spotted a wanted poster of a Dhampir. An offspring from a male Vampire and a human female. Aurora stopped and looked at the picture of the wanted person. “Why are you stopping?†asked Anona her. “This picture... there is something familiar with it.†Aurora replied. “It isn't anything unusual that Dhampirs are wanted. They kill Vampires and you know that Vampires are high-class beings.†explained Anona. “I know that, but there is something about this person...†Aurora wanted to take the poster with her so she ripped it off the billboard. As the night began to set again more and more people appeared. If the twins didn't find a place to stay they just had to sleep out on the street tonight too, and rain began to drip. Remi had yet to come back which worried the twins. “You know he cannot be in trouble without us knowing so don't worry about him.†“I know you are right but still, I cannot help but to thing something's off.†replied Aurora to Anona. She knew that if Aurora said so the chances are that she is right. Both of them started to get ready for the night. Then a man walked into the ally the twins where. “I envy your courage, girls. I would never dare to walk into an enemy's base all alone.†he smirked. “And you are a demon I suppose?†asked Anona. “Correct. I am here to take your life. Doing so will be a sure ticket to be a Deamon.†his eyes got all black and the twins could sense his powers. “You and think you scare us? Just like that?†asked Anona with a confident look. “You two are nothing against me. I even got your little toy.†he laughed while holding Remi by the tail. “Potentia caestu!†yelled Anona and suddenly Remi transformed into a golden glove with a pearl shining in all colors like the rainbow. The glove flew right out of the demon's grasp and right onto Anona's left hand. “You are sure you want to do this?†Anona asked. “You know if we fight here you will only draw attention to yourselves.†reminded the demon. “Aurora, you know what to do!†said Anona to her. Aurora held her hands together and whispered some words. Then a mystical barrier surrounded all of them.
“Now I don't even need to hold back!†said Anona and both her and the demon ran towards each other. The demon tried to punch Anona put she just grabbed the demons hand with the glove. The demon tried to break free from her grab but it was futile. Anona then jumped over the demon, landing behind his back to get his hand out of place. “Ahhh! You little...!†“Brachium Lamina!†yelled Anona quickly and Remi transformed from the glove to an arm blade. Anona pushed the blade through the stomach of the demon and he just screamed. Anona yet again transformed Remi “Angelus Inclina!†Remi transformed into a white-golden bow with color changing feathers at the tips. As Anona got her wings out she drew the string of the bow back while she focused power into a single point between the bow and the string. The demon was on his knees holding his arm over his stomach wound as the pain flew through his body. Without saying anything Anona shot the arrow she had created which pierced the demon's head. The demon fell to the ground dead. Anona pulled back her wings and Remi transformed back his original form. The twins took their cloaks on then removed the barrier and casualty walked as far as they could from the ally hoping that no one will notice the body before they are far away.
After they left the scene Aurora had the feeling they were followed. Without warning someone grabbed both of their arms and pulled the twins. Right on that moment a magical beam crossed the street cutting everything in its path. “Are you two OK?†asked a black haired teenager them who had just saved them from the beam. “Yes...†replied Aurora while the twins just looked confused at the boy. “Good, follow me quickly!†he said and ran. The twins didn't know what to do but they had no other choice. The ground exploded all around them while they tried to escape. Anona noticed some shadowy figures on the rooftops on the buildings running with them casting spells. “Remi!†Anona yelled. “Transform!†yelled Remi in response and then transformed into the bow. While the twins ran for their life Anona aimed the bow up on the building and shot an arrow. She saw the arrow missed badly at the person she was aiming for. She tried again and again but got the same result. Running, dodging magical explosions and aiming at the same time wasn't exactly easy. “What the heck is going on?!†yelled Anona to the unnamed boy. “Did you really believe you could stay hidden all this time in a city full of underworld creatures?†he asked while smiling for some reason. Suddenly he stopped, turned around and unsheathed his red-bladed sword. He posed himself, and then swings his sword in a clock-wise motion. Everything just froze around them. The twins looked at the beings on the roof and they stood still as well. “Watch this.†said the boy. He turned his sword counter-clock-wise one motion then stabbed forward. The guys on the roof suddenly collapsed. “Now shall we go to my place?†and so the twins did.
“Welcome to my home†the boy said as they walked around a corner. What was before them was a rundown wooden house surrounded by taller buildings to hide it more efficient. “I have a feeling I have seen you before...†said Aurora while everyone sat around a table. “Now I remember!†Aurora took her backpack forth and began to dig in it. She lifted up the wanted poster. “This is you, isn't it?†Aurora asked to confirm it. The boy took a deep breath “Yes. That is me. The name is Jack. I am a dhampir.†he introduced himself. “So why are people after your head, Jack?†Anona asked. “Because I was in the Gismos Event protecting our land.†hearing that shocked the twins. “Then you know about Felix Gismos?†asked Aurora calmly. “Yes. I fought by his side until the end. I knew him for a short while.†Jack replied. “We are trying to find Ciela.†said Anona. “Why is that?†asked Jack. “I cannot say. But she is the reason for why we are here. We have searched far and wide for her.†explained Anona to Jack. “She is an angel. Why aren’t you in Great Britain? The chances for her being there are high.†“That was our first place we searched for her.†answered Aurora. “You two are not humans are you? What are you two? You are looking for an angel, more or less one from the Gismos Event, and I don't sense anything dark in-†he suddenly stopped. “What's wrong?†asked Aurora. “Someone’s here.†Jack replied. He turned the lights off. “Stay here.†he continued and went outside. The twins could hear someone talk outside and this lasted for a short while then suddenly a man got thrown through the door. And then another one. “Stay here.†whispered Anona to Aurora. She went out to look what was going on. “I said stay in the house!†yelled Jack when he saw Anona. She saw plenty of vampires surrounding Jack. When the vampires noticed Anona they ran for her. “iudicium Flagellum!†yelled Anona. Remi came running from the house and transformed into a really long whip. Anona flogged one vampire for another while they ran towards her. Aurora too walked out of the house and saw what was going on. Without hesitation she blasted away with her magic. After defeating the thralls Jack's suspicion was confirmed. “You two are related to Ciela?†he asked them. “She is our mother.†Aurora replied. “Really? I didn't know she had children. So your father is?†“Felix Gismos.†she answered. Anona didn't like the fact that Aurora just gave a dhampir their identity away just like that as anyone can say that they knew Felix.
The next day Jack drove them out of the city in his car. “For goddess sake!†said Jack irritated. “What's up?†asked Anona. “We are being followed.†Jack replied. A black van was tailing them and they could see that there was something behind the wheel with a strange shape, like many arms twirling around. Jack continued to drive and the van followed right behind them. “So what are you going to do about that guy?†asked Anona. “I was thinking you could take It.†he replied with a smile. “Nice try. You said you were sure that one was going to follow us.†she reminded Jack. “Ok ok. I will make sure you guys won't be followed.†not shortly after Jack threw a big bag out the car into a ditch along the road. The van just continued trailing Jack. “He should warn us beforehand.†said Aurora while she crawled out of the bag Jack threw out of his car. “I'm surprised he could lift us up and then throw us while driving.†replied Anona. Jack told the twins that a small resident of humans’ lives nearby which can lead them towards finding Ciela. The sun had already set and the twins didn't find the human camp in the deep woods. Suddenly they heard a messiah. “Can that be the humans?†asked Aurora. “Do you really believe humans can sing that smoothly?†asked Anona back. “Have you ever heard a human sing?†“Good point.†They followed the voices through the woods deeper and deeper until they located the source. There were some ancient ruins and a beautiful silver fountain in the middle. “Is the fountain that is singing?†asked Aurora amazed. “What? Are you stupid?†said a voice and suddenly stopped the messiah. “Show your selves!†yelled Anona. “How did you know there was more than one?†asked a different voice. “Well maybe my sister didn't notice but I could clear hear three different pitches in your little song.†answered Anona. Suddenly on top of the ruins appeared three nymphs with clothing out of leafs. “So what do you want?†asked the tallest nymph which also had the deepest voice. “We are looking for a human camp nearby.†replied Aurora. “Oh? Those funny people? Yeah, we know where they are.†said the smallest one with the highest pitched voice. No one said anything. “So... can you show us the way to their camp, please?†asked Aurora polite. “Nope!†said all three. “Why?†“Because we were ordered to capture you.†answered what it seemed like the leader of the three. “By whose orders?†asked Anona irritated. Suddenly the nymphs began to sing and both Anona and Aurora collapsed on the spot.
We are getting somewhere!
Anona woke up finding herself in an old rundown garage, or so she thought. There was no one here except for her sister, still sleeping. She got up on her feet and looked around the room. She found some interesting stuff among them books, but not any books. One of them had the Illuminate symbol upside down on the cover. As the book seemed interesting for Anona she had to check what it was about... nothing. There was nothing on the white pages. No index, no author, nothing. “You look confused there.†said a high pitched voice. Anona turned around only to see the smallest of the three Nymphs standing there with a tea cup. “Why are we here?†asked Anona calmly. “Well the human camp you guys were looking for was nowhere near. And the last human camp burned down months ago.†the Nymph explained. “And who are you guys?†“We are dryad Nymhps. My name is Naiads. My oldest sister's name is Oreads and our boss' name is Napaea.†replied Naiads. “You guys kidnapped us because?†“We didn't kidnap you two... we saved you.†“From what?†“Do you have any idea what you were going to roll right into? A freaking seal!†Naiada looked furious for some reason. “A seal? What type of seal?†“lux sigillum.†answered another one. In the door on the left stood Napaea. “Well. I thank you for saving us, not that it was needed, but we have to go.†said Anona. She lifted up her sister and carried her on her shoulder out the door past Napaea. Anona didn't look back; she just continued walking through a straight corridor and opened the door on the other side. The warm light blinded her for a second and then she saw the forest. Not looking back she continued through the unknown forest.
After a short walk Anona put her sister down. She couldn't believe that Aurora was still sleeping like a rock after all that happened. Making sure her sister was OK Anona sat down right beside Aurora to relax. Feeling the wind blowing and the heat from the sun with bird sing. It felt like the world was at peace. Anona started to wonder why Jack wanted them to go into the forest in the first place. The Nymphs said there was no village although they could be lying. Even so she had this itchy feeling the Nymphs were on their side. After staying awake hours after they lay down Anona too fell asleep. Remi woke the twins up “Listen.†he said. The twins listened silently. It was voices, plenty of voices. It was already dark and the could see some lights far into the woods. “The humans?†asked Aurora. “Not sure but they are many.†replied Anona. “Shall I take a look?†asked Remi them both. The twins nodded back and Remi went off. Not too soon after Remi came back “They are humans, but not sure if they are the same as Jack told us about.†he said. “Only one way to know for sure.†said Anona. She rose up and started to move towards the group.
When she closed in she noticed the humans were happy. How can someone be happy in these dark times she thought to herself. “Excuse me.†she said to the humans and suddenly everyone pointed weapons toward her. “This went well...†she mumbled to herself. “Get out of here now!†yelled a person. “Does anyone of you know a guy named Jack? He is a dhampir.†she asked. To Anona's surprise they didn't look hostile anymore, some of them even smiled to her. “Follow me.†said a tall human and Anona did. The tall guy showed her a big tent, bigger than the others around and it had engraved seals on it too. “Please enter.†he said. As Anona entered she got surprised that the inside looked like a really small church. “I heard that Jack sent you. You are Ciela's daughter, no?†asked a man dressed in a priests clothing. “I am.†Anona replied. “And your sister?†the priest asked. “She is coming. By the way you know the weapons these people have are useless right? I mean do you really think a cross can keep a demon at bay but the seals you guys have placed around the forest are the real deal, you know that?†“I am aware. These people need to feel safe and when the Gismos Event began humanity didn't stand a chance against demons. We only had what was seen in films like stakes and holy water.†explained the priest to Anona. “E-excuse me.†said Aurora when she entered the tent. “Ah, welcome, welcome. Now since you both are here let me introduce myself. I am Father Gregory. You can call me the leader of this group. I know why you two are here and that is to find your mother and I sadden me to tell you that she left months ago.†“But she had been here?†asked Anona. “Yes. She was interested in a statue I had so I gave it to her.†the Father explained. “Do you know what kind of statue? What symbols it had or anything?†asked Anona anxious. “All I know of the statue is that it had a diabolic origin.†that answer shocked the twins. “A dark artifact? Are you sure our mother wanted it?†“Of course. I was the one that gave it to her. The statue was locked away in a box since we saw no use for It.†the twins were confused. Why would their mother need that kind of artifact? “I have to ask a favor from you two.†said the Father suddenly. “What kind of favor?†asked Aurora. “You see. As we have placed seals all over the forest not all of them can protect us. Not too long ago a witch decided to break our seals one by one. We have sent people to repair them but it isn't safe out there. We have lost three good men to the forest.†“So you want us to deal with the witch?†asked Anona. “Precisely. There will be a reward for you when you succeed.â€
The twins got the direction for the witch’s holdout. “Why would a witch break the seals? She could just walk over them and kill the humans if she wanted those dead...†Anona said to herself. “Maybe she is working for someone?†asked Aurora. “If that person she is working with wanted the humans the witch could just take them without any problems... maybe it is not a witch. Those people back there might have seen something that resembled a witch.†“That makes sense.†After a ten-minute walk they spotted a wooden cabin between the trees. “Guess this is it, shall we knock on the door?†asked Aurora. “Let us do the usual stuff.†answered Anona. They walked up to the door and knocked. They heard footsteps and then someone opened the door. “And you are?†as a young girl dressed in some old fashion clothes. The twins got confused. This girl that was standing in front of them wasn't a witch and on top of that she didn't emit any negative energy. “Have you been removing the seal put up around the forest?†asked Anona her. “Yes. I don't see any use for them being here.†the girl replied. “They protect the humans in their camp.†explained Aurora. “Which humans?†asked the girl. “The humans that live 10 minute that way.†the girl the twins were talking to looked confused. “I have never ever seen a single human in this forest since the event.†the girl said. “No humans? There is a big camp filled with humans that way.†Aurora tried to explain. “Are you two sure about this? Because there was a human tourist camp before the event but when hell break loose they all got killed.†the girl told them which sent the twins immediately back for the camp. “Either she is lying or there is something really wrong with this forest.†said Anona to herself while they sprinted towards the human camp they left from. Not too long after they saw the light from the camp. They got into the big tent and asked the Father why he sent them towards a wood elf's house. “What do you mean? It was not a witch?†asked the Father. “There is a big difference between an elf and a witch and there is no way you could mistake the elf for one.†Anona got irritated at him. Both of the twins thought the different was obvious. “Eh, well, sorry about that. Now are you two going to leave?†asked Gregory. “Yes, we need to keep on moving.†replied Anona and the twins left the tent. Outside they faced the villagers. “I thought it was strange that only adults lived in this camp.†“I never noticed that...†said Aurora to Anona. “Sorry about this but we cannot let you leave.†said a guy with a really high pitch in his tone, nearly unnatural for a human. “You know... changelings aren’t exactly the strongest beings in the universe and compared to humans you guys are equal. So compared to us angels you can just bite the dust.†said Anona confident. “So you compare us to humans now do you?†they heard Gregory say behind them. The twins turned around and there he stood. “You heard me.†replied Anona.
Gregory's arms suddenly stretched and turned into stone. As the arms wrapped around the twins they didn't even cared. As Gregory wrapped tightly around the twins Anona just flicked the stone arms and they just turned into sand. “What?!†Gregory's look on his face was hilarious to Anona. “Dude... we are angels, god's messengers, where in the world did you get the idea that you could defeat s even for a second?†asked Anona. “Get them!†Gregory yelled. Aurora sat down and touched the ground sending everyone around them flying. She then held her hand over her face “Remi!†“Gotcha!†Remi turned into a mask covering half of Auroras face. “And I thought you hated violence.†Anona said smirking. “I won't kill them, but I'm sure you would.†Aurora replied. She disappeared and punched each and every one faster than what the eye can see. “But they tried to make us kill an elf. Guess the nymphs were right but I cannot wrap my mind around the fact that Jack sent us here.†Anona thought to herself. “He did what he promised us.†said Aurora and removed her mask after the changelings was unconscious. “How so?†“He sent us to a place where we got a lead on where our mother has been.†“Yea, that helps. And we cannot take everything they say for granted either.†“Guess we have to make across the sea.†said Anona while looking up at the sky. “Why?†asked Aurora. “There.†Aurora looked up as well and saw light streams crossing the sky.
One Step Closer
As the light disappeared the twins sworn that they could see the blue sky for a second. “You don't think...?†“Whatever that fell down from the sky must be divine. Let's go!†the twins decided to check who or what fell from the sky as such the first time in over ten years they flew off. They were sure that this must have attracted demon attention so getting to whatever it was first was crucial. At last they reached the impact crater. “Aurora, barrier now!†yelled Anona to her. Without any second though Aurora placed a pressure barrier to keep any aura from leaking. As they landed they saw nothing. Only felt the power from the crater. “Where is it?!†Anona was set on finding whoever. “Aurora, can you track any traces of the aura?†“I will try my best!†as Anona stayed guard and demon suddenly got through the barrier. “Well well, look who's here. Two Angels... I must see I am surprised. I though every one of you was up there... unless...†before the demon could think this through Anona appeared behind him with Remi transformed into a gauntlet and punched the demon into the ground so hard the shook the whole area. “Can you maybe be a little faster here sis?!†yelled Anona to Aurora in fair that more would show up at any time. “I am working my best here!†Aurora answered stressed. Three more demons got through the barrier and without warning Anona got them all in one kick sending them flying out of the barrier and far into the woods. “God dammit I cannot keep this up forever! We are just lu-†“I got it!†interrupted Aurora. “Then what are we waiting for!†the twins took off in a flash following the trail of the divine aura. Right behind them was a griffin with a demon riding it. Anona turned around mid-air while Remi transformed into a bow and in the blink of an eye Anona shot three arrows of light right at the griffin, hitting with two.
“We are close, hurry up!†said Aurora. Anona tried to hold any reinforcement off of them as best as she could, but slowing them down. “Down here quick!†yelled Aurora and they both dove for the ground. As they landed they saw a person who limped through the forest. “He is the one!†as Aurora pointed him out Anona flew towards and snatched him off the ground. As she looked him in the eyes she saw that he was calm. Way too calm. It was no Angel but she didn't have the time to ask. “Aurora! Can you make us a leap?!†“I'm already on it!†she replied while flying right behind them. Aurora got a blue stone out of her pocket and started shaking it. For each shake it showed a different color. Suddenly an energy beam knocked the stone out of her hands. Aurora dove for the stone hoping in catching it in time before it hit the trees. Right before her hand touched the stone a Harpy grabbed it. Without thinking Aurora suddenly cast a spell she have never ever known about making the harpy turn into stone within a second and explode sending the blue stone sky high. Aurora catches it “Anona, now!†Anona slowed down so Aurora could catch up and she then destroyed the stone.
After the intense rescue they found themselves inside a cave. “What is he?†asked Aurora while she looked at the person they rescued. “Don't know. He is no angel, that's for sure.†replied Anona. As they just watched him sleep they were quite curious of what he was. Aurora knew he was on their side since he has a divine aura surrounding him. “Well we have no stone now and they are impossible to get.†groaned Anona. “But we used it to save someone, which is what mother told us.†“Or to be more specific: make sure whoever we decide to save with it is worth saving.†corrected Anona. “He is kinda cute.†smiled Aurora. “Really? You think so?†“Yes I do. You got a problem with that?†“No, I let your fantasies and thoughts be yours to keep.†teased Anoan. Hours passed and there were no signs coming from the guy they saved. “Do you think he passed out from the leap?†asked Aurora her sister. “You can ask him.†“Stop with the jokes... we had plenty of demons after us now, and more. I'm sure they won't rest until they got our heads on a tin plate.†“It has always been like that. But now we don't have mom to help us out. If we mess up we have to eat the consequences but even so, regardless of what or who we faces I will be there to protect you. You know that, right?†“Of course I know you will. You always has been, thank you An.†Aurora leaned on Anona's shoulder and fell deep asleep. “We have met with a terrible fate, haven't we?†said Anona to herself.
The night passed and the twins got a pleasant surprised when they woke up. “Hello.†said the guy they had rescued to Aurora when she woke up. “G-good morning.†she replied. “How are you feeling?†asked the guy. “I should ask you the same question.†Anona replied. “I feel really good, despite the circumstances.†he smiled. “So... since we are all up and running do you mind telling us who you are? Cuz' you don't seem like any holy being I ever met.†“The name is Blake Clayworth, I am an Emere.†“An Emere? I thought all ways to Heaven was closed.†said Aurora. “Well... they are. But I got some help to get out.†Blake explained. “You must have some powerful friends that can open a Heaven's gate.†Anona felt uneasy. “It is better being down here and up there, that's for sure.†said Blake, surprising the twins. “What do you mean?†asked Anona confused. “Since the closure of Heaven Angels have started to debate and protest. You have those who want to take action right away and that who wants to make a plan beforehand, costing both time and lives. And of course you have those who don't care at all. It is a total mass up there. I came down here to seek a few friends of mine.†Blake explained. “So an Emere have powerful friends who got him down to earth just so he could find some more friends? I don't buy it.†said Anona skeptic. “Especially when you said it was better down here than up there.†Anona continued. “You two are not marked, are you?†“No, we're not.†“Figures... well thank you for your hospitality and for getting me safely away from the demons. Now if you would excuse me I need to get going to Britain.†Blake got himself up and started walking out of the cave like he knew where the exit was. The twins just looked at each other. “Should we stop him?†asked Aurora. “No, let him go he own way. We have our own problems to think about.†“Maybe he knows something about mom? I will go and ask him.†“No wait. And there she goes...†Aurora felt she could trust this man for whatever reason and Anona knows that if Aurora trusts this guy so could she.
“E-excuse me Blake. Were you a part of the Gismos event?†asked Aurora in a polite manner. “I sure were.†he replied. “Y-you don't happen to know an Angel named Ciela?†“Of course I do! I might have only been 11 years old at the time but I fought by both Ciela and their group by the devils' gate.†for some odd reason hearing that made Aurora smile. “Then do you know where she can be?†“You do realize I fell from the sky yesterday? I have no clue where I am or where I should go. So I have no clue where Ciela might be. .. Why? You have business with her?†“Yes.†answered Anona. “We have been searching for her for over four years. We have gotten some solid leads but we are always too late.†explained Anona to Blake. “Hm... there is no specific place I know she could hide...†“It seems like she is collecting dark artifacts.†interrupted Aurora. “Well she is one of my friends I needed to find so what's wrong with us cooperating on finding her?†he smiled. “You are a strange old man.†teased Anona him.
They walked out of the cave, setting their next destination for Britain. After three days of walking they found a used-car shop along the road. They drove from Italy to Calais in France to take a direct boat from there to the outskirt of London, or so was the plan. Right at the border to France they met a difficult obstacle. The border was watched over by a siren. They are quite sensitive to energies around them and that would be problematic for the twins. “So what do we do? I cannot completely block our energy.†said Aurora. “They even got a Hell Hound here...this is going to be problematic.†said Blake. “You just have to try to seal it Aurora.†said Anona. “B-but I...†“You have to. We cannot pass the border if you don't. And if we are found out there is no telling what will happen.†“Ok... I will do my best!†Aurora got her hands together and closed her eyes, mumbling something in Latin. “Are you sure she can do it?†asked Blake. “She has too and I have faith in her.†Anona answered. Blake could not shake this odd feeling he had when it came to these two twins. They reminded him of someone he knew but who? A light appeared on Aurora's forehead and the light expanded around them. “Done?†asked Anona. “Done.†answered Aurora. “Ok, let's do this.†they drove up to the boom and showed the Orc in the counter their identification, fake identification. The Orc looked through the car window many times for some reason. “Hm...†he said with a deep voice. “What is your business in France?†the Orc asked them. “To visit an old friend who's ill.†Aurora answered. Anona just looked at strangely. “So you all three are a friends?†“No, this man is our friend, we two are twins. I believe it says on the identification papers.†explained Anona to the Orc. “OK then. Welcome to France. Enjoy your stay.†and at last they were inside of France's borders.
“Really Aurora? Visiting an ill friend? Was that the best you would go?†laughed Anona. “You didn't come up with anything better!†she answered. “Good point. Anyhow let us drive straight for Calais and do as few stops as possible.†“What about the docks in Calais? I'm sure they don't want anyone approaching London.†asked Aurora worried. “I thought about that one. And we have a few options. We can stay out of any populated area close to the sea to make or get a boat out there. We can also fly there as was as we can.†“How are we going to get a boat?†asked Blake. “Steal one?†asked Aurora. “Make one!†“You're kidding...†“Nope! As we got Remi and he can transform into any weapon. A blade and other tools we need to make a raft will be easy!†smiled Anona. “You do realize that transforming Remi will draw attention right?†“So we go for plan B?†asked Blake them both. “There are no known contacts in France that I know off.†“I know of one! If she is still here.†interrupted Blake Anona. “Who?†“Her name is Nathari. She was at death's door in the Gismos event, got nearly killed. She lost her powers to survive but she might know of a way to get a boat.†explained Blake. “And you know where she lives?†“No clue. I only know that she is French.†“Well that helped a lot...†they though hard about finding a way to cross the sea without drawing interest to themselves. The only way was Anona's two options. Days later they reached Calais. “It was much bigger than I thought!†said Aurora. “I was expecting some kind of old fishing village.†said Blake while looking at the modern architecture. “There are many ports and we might be able to steal a boat. However for now let us search for a port that doesn't have much security. At night we take a boat and set sail for Dover. Sound like a plan?†Anona asked the two. “Sure does.†replied Blake.
No one had come up with a plan to cross the English canal. They thought about flying over but carrying Blake at the same time would be risky. The gang found a motel to stay for night while they planned their next move. A few days later as the twins walked around in Calais' streets someone bumped into Anona and forced a piece of paper in her hand. “Hey! Watch where you are going!†she yelled irritated n the one who bumped into her. Anona looked at the paper she got and it had an address written on it, and a name. “Jack... really? He got some nerve being here.†Anona mumbled to herself. “What if he has an explanation?†“An explanation for what he got us into to? I damn hope it is a good one...†replied Anona to her sister. The twins decided to have a little chat with Jack about what happened a few days back so they walked to the address written on the note. “I was afraid you two got lost.†said Jack when the twins approached a run-down building. “And you have some balls to meet us.†said Anona. “Something tells me you are angry about something.†“Angry?! You set us up!†Anona yelled to Jack furious. Jack looked confused but immediately told them to get inside so they could talk. “What do you mean by I set you up?†“Don't play dumb! You sent us to a lair of Changelings!†“Changelings? When?†Jack asked really confused. “In the forest! There were angelic seals inside the forest and a village full of Changelings! No humans in sight! And they had been there for years at that!†Anona seemed so worked up that Aurora was kind of scared of her. “No humans?†“NO!†“But that makes no sense...but… I take it they were no match for-†Anona suddenly punched Jack so hard in the face that he lost his balance. “Ouch... guess I deserve that...†“Sis... could you give me a moment with Jack alone?†Aurora asked carefully. “Yeah.... sure...†she answered and walked upstairs. “You have to excuse my sister Jack.†Aurora apologized. “No worries. Your mother hits harder.†he smiled it off. “So you knew...†“Well of course. I have been fighting alongside your mother a few times and you two, your aura feels like Ciela’s and Felix’ so I had the feeling.†Jack explained. Anona came back down. “I'm going to get Blake, be right back...†“Blake is here?†Jack asked. “I will fetch him right now.†Anona closed the door behind her. “How is this place safe exactly?†asked Aurora. “I have placed a few Illuminati Items around the place. It gives off an unpleasant vibe to dark entities so entering won't be their first thing on their mind but honestly it is just a matter of time before someone becomes a little too curious.â€
Hours later Anona returned with Blake. “Hello there! Good to see you again and you have grown quite a lot too.†Jack complimented Blake. “I see that the years have been kind to you too.†Blake replied with a hint of irritation. “Well it helps being half vampire. So onto the chase; I have prepared a private yacht for you to cross the canal. But it won't be as easily done as that. For one thing the English Canal is heavily guarded from both sides and if you get caught it is game over. So you have to find the best timing to cross. And luckily as I am I got a schedule over the port shift.†said Jack and laid out a few papers. “And will you come with us?†asked Aurora. “Getting in is the easiest part. Getting you out will be a lot harder. So...†Jack turns to Blake “Say hi to the rest of the gang for me.†both Anona and Aurora could clearly see they were good friends at heart. Suddenly the sound of footsteps echoed through the hallway, like someone was running. “Jack!†someone slammed the door open. “What?†“A horseman has entered the city!†a young guy said. “Horseman?†Blake asked. “They are four, right? Death, War, Famine and Pestilence?†Aurora asked her sister. “Yeah.†Anona replied. “Who is it?†Jack asked the guy. “Famine.†“Where?†“In the conference building.†Jack looked thoughtful. “Can someone please explain who these four horsemen are?†Blake asked again. “The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are described in the Book of Revelations. They are the bringer of the apocalypse. Although since the apocalypse already happened they are set as generals in the army of hell. And the reason for why one is here right now might be you guys." said Jack while looking at the twins and Blake. "You mean-" "The entire Earth is inhabited by dark, evil and powerful beings all over. It would be a miracle if you two could hide yourself forever. Blake's crash landing didn't go unnoticed as I'm sure you are aware off." Jack said, interrupting Aurora.
"So what's the plan now?" Anona asked. "I need some time and Blake, you shall assist me." Jack said and walked out the door with Blake. “This is starting to get on my nerve. All this just so we can get to England? And our mother is not even there! Remind me why we follow these two again…†Anona was pissed and just wanted to stop wasting time. “Because you two need a lead to follow. The best place to ask about your mother would be there if you ask me.†Remi suddenly appeared interrupting and Aurora agreed with him. “There are others to ask. I don’t want to risk any lives on just a gamble. We have been in England before with mother and she said that England is a bad place to be hiding.†The twins were discussing what action to take next. Not only would it be hard to get on the yacht and travel across the canal, but you also have a horseman who might watch over the city every second and lives might get lost as well. After a long wait Jack had a plan however this plan takes time. “We need to get a few people. First off a master in infiltration, secondly; a decoy expert and last a spell caster but we got that covered. I have a list here of a few names. This will take time but we need to makes sure we get there in one piece. Sirens are the most troublesome and they have guards both stationed on the water and air.†“Or the sisterhood can help…†mumbled Blake. “How do you know about them?†“Is that a guild of some sort?†asked Aurora. “Yes. The sisterhood is a clan, or guild. They are considered a natural Intelligence however since they are natural they can give any information we give them to the enemy.†Explained Jack, as he was not for this solution. “But these two are Angels; you know the sisterhood respect power over money. I’m sure they will help us.†“As much as they will help a Horseman.†Jack interrupted. “I vote for the Sisterhood.†said Anona. “But the risk is too great.†Jack tried to convince her. “And so isn’t creating a decoy out in the open and jump on a boat?†“She got a point Jack.†Blake nodded. “Alright, fine, but I will not take responsibility for this when things goes wrong.â€
The gang waited until the clock had passed midnight to visit the Sisterhood. Jack was all against this plan and why did Blake know about the Sisterhood when Heaven had been sealed off for over 20 years. This started to get really, really confusing. As they moved out Jack led them a few block away. “The Sisterhood has many entrance from cities all over the world, they are secretly not known but if you do a bit of research on them you will find out that you can only reach them when they want you to. They also admire women over men, especially if they have power, like you two.†Jack informed them and turned to the twins. “Just do what they ask of you two. You will be testing you.†He continued then turned around looking at a brick wall. It was covered in faint graffiti with a lot of symbols. “Wow… why is all of these cult symbols here?†asked Anona astonished. “For each cult the Sisterhood has made a pact with are written on their doors, this is a way to show their forth and as well as showing them that they do not support one side over the other.†Jack took out a necklace and pressed it against the wall suddenly the wall vanished into thin air and a dark, long staircase appeared. “Shall we?†Jack asked and went down. “More graffiti…†Aurora said to herself. “This is the history with this city and the Sisterhood. Each entrance has their own, depending on where you go through.†“Why do you know so much about these people Jack?†Anona asked curiously. “I might have stumbled in from time to time. And what about you Blake?†“Me? When I worked with my father the Sisterhood had a lot of rare items we bargained for.†“You did? Who accompanied you?†Jack continued to ask. “Accompanied?†Black looked confused. “The Sisterhood only opens their doors if at least one female is with you.†“I would like to keep that private.†Blake replied. “So how long have these Sisterhood existed?†“Way too long. They have been called different names. Hare Krishna for example and a lot more. I think they started back in around 624 AD.†“You know your stories well Jack.†said an old women’s voice as we stepped off the last chase. “I am a little rusty, living for a few years.†“The years are kinder to you than to us.†The voice joked. They could not see anything but both Blake and the twins clearly knew there were more between Jack and the Sisterhood than what he told them. “So what brings you here to us under this fine night?†“We would like to cross the English canal.†The voice suddenly gave off a screeching sound when Jack said that. “We have no affiliation with that kind of thing!†the voice was enraged. “I know that, and it was not my idea either but I have with me two is worthy of the trials for this task.†he said. “And what is the name of these two you speak off?†“Anona and Aurora Gismos.†Suddenly everything became silent, not a single sound. “I want these two to step into the light and the rest wait outside.†The voice finally said. “Remember to do what they tell you to.†said Jack as a bright red light appeared before them. Jack and Blake want back up and the twins stepped right through the light.
“Welcome to our sanctuary.†The twins got greeted by a group of women dressed in red silk, covering their faces as well. “I hope you can help us…†Anona mumbled to herself. “So you two are daughters of Felix Gismos… I can’t say I am impressed.†“What is that supposed to mean?†Anona asked. One of the women took off her silk coat and revealed herself. “My name is Merry. I was an acquaintance of Felix.â€
