General Burst Combo Discussion

And for complimentary combos, you could try to get these parts/combos:
Valkyrie/Xcalibur Force/Heavy Xtreme and Dark Deathsyther/Deathscyther/Odin Gravity/Heavy Defense/Revolve (Odin works best on Heavy and Defense).

try replacing disk with something more balanced and heavier. Like Gravity/Knuckle/Heavy/Spread.

for a deck you will need 3 beys (1 of each type is preffered but you can 2 of same types if you want or it works with your strategy). Defence you seems to set with K2 combo

which all beys you own? we can help you to build attack and survivor type for your deck

Wont making the disk heavier decrease the stamina potential in the orbit driver?  Why is magnum not the good option?

Despite gravity being heavier it has a better weight distribution thus increasing stamina

Well that makes sense! I will consider it more now. My question is outside of this current combo can a shift in weight become an advantage in the burst meta. Beyblades in the zero g saga like guardian reviser and the up coming Gigant Gaia also have an offset weight that helps them. Do you believe that it can lead the way to disablizer combos in burst?

TBH I don't think heavier weight will really reduce stamina (or affact in a bad way at all). But like MJ9 said. it's weight distrubution what affacts it's stamina and I think heavier weight can keep them keep spin velocity longer

for example. Virgo is heavier then Burn but it has better stamina due to having better Weight Distubution

as for magnum. Tbh I doubt there is anything chosing it over other Top-Tier disks. It's quite light and most of it's weight is toward center (which isn't always bad btw) due to most of it's weight is that metal part.

if you compare it to other disk
for light weight (burst defence see this for more info on burst defence):- Ring, Armed are much better
For Stamina:- Ring, Knuckle, Heavy, Gravity and Spread are much better due to there weight distribution
For defence:- again Heavy, Gravity, and Spread are better (in some cases Armed if you want more burst defence)
for attack:- you would want your attacker to be heavier so it can do well against other attacker and suffer less recoil so Heavy, Gravity, Knuckle, Spread are better
for Synergy (with attack layers:- this is the place where Magnum can shine due to it being 3 sided like V2 and Valkyrie which are best attack layer but again it's 3 sides are plastic and has very less weight of there own so Triple is better choice

Well it still has some chance to shine on destablizer or something but it hasn't been tested much so we can't say till someone test it. but I think for stamina Polish and for Defence Jerk would be better as they have more useful pastic part (polish can provide LAD and Jerk can block attack from bellow)

A really good combo for burst is Oblesk Odin Gravity Needle.

It's generally a terrible combo since X2 is unbalanced and lightweight. Orbit really doesn't make it a good combo. Some would say that Xtreme can be a good driver to go on X2 with Force, but I don't exactly agree with that as the layer affects the regular flower pattern way too much. Still, X2FX could probably be more viable than X2_O.

I know, my standard is X2MX for fun and XMX when I want to win, I asked because fooling around with X2MO I could burst and KO K2GR and WGR many times :/ (and right know I don't have countless parts to test it). Maybe was only luck or I'm better launching X2 than K2 and W

I don't think so for competitive use because you could use Zephyr, Accel or Xtreme

I just tried D2GD and I felt Revolve wasn't doing better for me.

Have anyone tried W2 or Chaos with Yeilding? I tried W2 on Knuckle and Yeilding and it was completely destroying D2G/KO/D by 9/10 (W2 just bursted once and tbh I think it was due to my mislaunch which made it go in pocket and come back somehow lol) and was able to OS Neptune, K2, Wyvern. It did well against attack too though was easy to KO but if you bank it and weak launch you should able to handle KOs well

maybe Chao's Beyxtreme stamina can do even better? It has lower recoil then W2 also

Are heavier discs better for a stationary attack combo gravity, quarter heavy etc

It's the opposite actually as lighter disks give better Burst resistance

I have a great combo. rokavator top,xeno excalibur ring and xeno excalibur tip=attack type ... it makes quit a show!!
