Hello World Bladers!

That's right, there's a new Face Contest! This time, we have decided to explore a whole new theme too: Beyblade videos! Get ready to show off your video-editing skills, but also your choice of Beyblade battles in general.

But wait, SHOWTIME! This Face Contest is brought to you in collaboration with the German band called EARTHBEND! They give us the exclusivity of using their song "Too Many Stars" for free just for this contest! We all know how YouTube can be sensitive to artist's songs being used without their consent, and a few videos have even been removed just because of that, so it's awesome that EARTHBEND gives us the privilege of using their song, just because we're members of the WBO!

To concretize this union, contestants will have to create a Beyblade video with "Too Many Stars" as the soundtrack. The video can simply show a Beybattle, a mix of real-life Beybattles and anime clips, or just anime clips. However, remember that we're mostly oriented towards the hobby side of Beyblade, so don't completely exclude the tops from your videos!

Your entry has to be uploaded on YouTube.com, and you must include the following text in the video description:

"Song: Too Many Stars - EARTHBEND"

The title of the video should be: "WBO Video Face Contest", or at least include that part so the videos are clearly labelled on YouTube.

Also think of inviting people to participate to this contest; the more videos we have, the harder it is for us to choo- eh, the better for everyone to enjoy!

The winners will get their choice of:

• Face Booster RED [Image: faceboosterred.png]
  
• Face Booster BLUE [Image: faceboosterblue.png]
  
• Face Booster GREEN [Image: faceboostergreen.png]
  
• Face Booster ORANGE [Image: faceboosterorange.png]

As usual, there will be two winners! And guess what? EARTHBEND will be filming a video to acknowledge all the participants and the winners at the end!

• You must use "Too Many Stars" as the song for your video.
  
• Limit one entry per person! Your first entry will be the only one that's considered, so work hard on it!
  
• The WBO Committee isn't eligible. Again.
  
• You have until 11:59 PM PST April 30th 2011 to submit your video. Any entries after that will be disqualified!
  
• Post your entries in this thread! (You can also talk about the contest, ideas, or whatever in this thread as well!) However, you cannot post drafts of your entry and ask for feedback!

Alright, so I was at my school (I didn't exist in this part), and Ryuga shows up. Gingka undigs 7 rubber bouncy balls and says he stole them from Ryuga when he was a kid, which does not make any sense as they just met, and then Kenta pulls out some thermometer and tilts it to the side, asking Madoka if she can do that. Then, Madoka starts randomly conducting an invisible orchestra. Now I am in my living room, on the old furniture no longer there, and my little sister is up watching some show for two-year-olds, then they ing a song and tilt their upper bodies to the left. My mom is doing an Internet, and stops and says that they always tilt because it represents healing (I was like ???). Then it ended.

I just told you your entire solution. I promote tournaments like crazy, I've gotten elementary school kids to do their homework twice as fast with Beyblading as a reward, and I can sell light bulb sockets to the Amish.

It amazes me how many people are confused by this.

I believe this combo's success is based on the recoil of the opposing wheel. It uses it to force it out.

So it's a combo that only works against bad combos? Great.

There are very ignorant people here, though. I tried to help some kid here with combos because his combo was pretty bad. Then he just started going mad and he called me a 'Bossy Watermelon' or something like that.

My MS that I bought tomorrow spin over 3 minutes if I don't hit it with other bey.

I woke my son up the other day with a Basalt Horogium Vs Earth Eagle Bey Battle on his stomach! LOL

I am unable to post any results as the stadium woke up and ruined the battle.

I am sure this goes against all safe beyblading rules

On a ragged slide in the playground at school. This was a long time ago in elementary school (I think i was in 1st or 2nd grade?) in the good old days when plastic beys were found in local stores. All the 5th graders would be like "driger! tiger claw!" And then i would say "you know that doesn't work--" "YES IT DOES"

Anyway, creating faces is something fun but I always fail at doing it digitally.

It would be ironically funny if the April Fool's Day joke was that this wasn't a joke.

This is absolutely NOT an April's Fools everyone. Seriously, I put my honour and soul into this statement. André from EARTHBEND contacted us days ago, and all the details got finalized recently so we decided just not to wait any further before opening this Face Contest. I am not someone who really bothers about such "festivities", so for me the first is just the beginning of the month, I could not care less about April's Fools Day.
