Ok. Here it goes:

Aura Wrote:Face: Pegasis
The Face depicts Pegasus, one of the 88 constellations in space. The Metal Masters version is tatooed. The Metal Fusion version has a sticker.
Clear Wheel: Pegasis
Weight: 2.9 grams
The original release of Pegasis is a blue transparent plastic wheel. In this release, it is a metallic blue color, with an identical shape to the Pegasis Clear Wheel in Cyber Pegasis 100HF.
Metal Wheel: Cyber
Weight: 29.46 grams
Cyber is styled like a HWS version of the Metal System Pegasis with a three "winged" design. Its original release is painted a crimson red.
Like the original Pegasis wheel, it was meant for Attack. However, it lacks Smash Attack due to its bad design with no spikes or protrusions and it is too thin and light to have any competitive use for Attack or Defense. Having no use in Stamina because of its recoil, Cyber is outclassed in all fields.
Overall, Lightning, Gravity, Blitz and Vulcan are better choices for Attack.
Use in Attack Customization
If you somehow don't have access to competitive wheels, MF Cyber ____ 145RF is a viable Attack combo.
Track: 105
Weight: 1 gram
This track is currently the fourth lowest track available, but is outclassed in terms of Attack and Stamina by the 85, 90, and 100 Tracks. 105 has no problem with floor scrapes, but still is an outclassed part and should only be chosen when none of the aforementioned Tracks are available.
Bottom: F
Weight: 1 gram
Flat, as its name suggests, is a flat plastic Performance Tip and the pre-HWS equivalent of Flat Core (HMS) and SG Flat. (Plastic) The flat tip, gives it an offensive movement pattern but has a hard time retaining a flower pattern, due to being made of plastic, whereas Tips made of rubber like Rubber Flat have more grip to the Stadium floor. It is the most basic of the attack tips. It has no use in Attack-Type customizations due to being outclassed by Performance Tips like Rubber Flat, Metal Flat, Right Rubber Flat, and Extreme Flat. It is a dark blue in colour.
Overall
Overall, Cyber Pegasis is a highly outclassed BeyBlade and has no competitive parts. It is a Hasbro Legend. It is probably the best Hasbro Legend there is, but still doesn't tie into today's metagame.
This should only be bought for collection purposes.
