Just use Phantom Orion B : D. Phantom 105F sucks. 105, low track sucks in the current metagame, F, like seriously, that is like one of the weakest tip ever. Oh, and, use stamina mode.

He's got a Scythe, so I would say Scythe Kronos AD145WD.
And for your third combo since you can't use BD145 again I would recommend Basalt R145RF or Gravity Perseus D125RF.

Or, Scythe Aquario AD145WD is good too, and of course a better option as he doesn't want BD145 in all combos...
And, on that Defense combo, its better to use Aquario.

In either way, they'd need some improvement.
The very first combo, is a mismatch....
GB145 sucks for stamina. Use AD145 instead...
Second combo- Selection of track is bad. R145 would be better IMO for anti-meta attack. I suck at suggesting anti-metas and leave that for someone else.
Third combo, Burn for Defense?! Never!
Burn Aquario AD145WD is the best Burn stamina combo, which is pretty much outclassed.
Fourth- A basic MLD spin steal combo... Not quite useful...
Fifth- Basic LLD attack. Good, but there have been WAY better ones. insert a BD145 and that'll be better.
Last- Hm, quite good. Leone -->Aquario, and if possible, even GB145 to BD145.
And hey, insert metal faces in the last two combos.

@X-Saber- For my love of DS tips, that combo is good. But according to the Tier list and performance, that combo is pretty much outclassed.

You need something better for defense. Do you have BD145, 230, or GB145? Please list your parts.
Nightmare is terrible, so that's off the list...
Burn Rex wouldn't be useful in any situations...
Your other basalt's not bad, just need a defense track and a defense tip.

If you insist on it being a Pegasis-based attack-type, then I guess Ray Pegasis D125RF/R2F would be your best bet. In a Hasbro stadium, though, replace RF/R2F with F or HF.
For a low-track stamina combo, you could use Earth Pegasis II (the one from Galaxy) 100WD.

Ray Pegasus/Striker D125R2F/RF would be the best you can get.
Ray works better on lower tracks.

RF's primary advantage over R2F is stamina, not control. Control is something that is easily learnt, so it is largely irrelevant, unless a tip is totally out of control, which R2F is not.
Honestly, I'm getting tired of people saying control is the main reason not to use RF.
Also, the Pegasus CW's are pretty poor, I'd suggest you get over your silly affection for it. Anime =/= Real Life.
