Yes that would work well, however I would use paradox for a bearing combo. Here I think maybe if you use Wheel that would be a solid combo. As for individual parts you might want to test your luck on EBay. I don’t know any good sellers however as I don’t use EBay too much.

I think he meant for Bearing. And there's no reason to have a frame when you have GT or Sparking discs, unless you're using a core disk.

Turbo Spryzen/Spryzen Requiem 00wall/bump atomic/iron(worn)/merge(worn)/maybe hold. I am not entirely sure, but I think these are good for your request (btw atomic hard-launched moves rly fast). Try these combos, and whatever one suits u should do the trick.
