Also if you think about it, if Meteo L-Drago 100 WD was Spin-'Stealing' from Earth Aquario 100 WD through the whole battle that would mean at the end of the battle Meteo L-Drago 100 WD would have all of the spin and Earth Aquario 100 WD would have none. However, that is not the case, at the end of the battle they both have the same amount of spin, therefore luck will be enforced. Hence why it is called Spin-Equalizing, as the spin from both beys will be equal. Which is why bearings are supposed to be used in good Spin-Equalizing combos.
