No, he is correct, the official release date is December 27. Some people get early releases of beys (like some people see movies before they come out) but that doesn't change the day that it's released to the rest of us.
If someone has it, it is "out", even if it isn't officially released. Stores often have products out the day before release by "accident" or the like, anyway.
Even then, in Japan it's well under a day before stores would open on the 27th, and a few ebay sellers have already removed the "pre-order" notices from their auctions.

Might be a broken spring, which means new launcher or getting the spring container out of another and putting it in (and the legality of doing that with anything other than another LR is questionable). At best, the spring will have slipped off the axle thingo, which is a pain to re-attach.

No, the product is "out" when it is officially released by the manufacturer. Wholesalers may have the product in advance of the release date, and eBay sellers can write whatever they want on their listing, but that doesn't change the fact that TakaraTomy published a release date that was being correctly referenced by Nextgenbladerz.
The point is that Nextgenbladerz was making a statement in alignment with the official release date and shouldn't be rebuked for doing so.
The rest of his post indicated that he was awaiting the first appearance of the beyblade, not the official release date (I don't know many people who anticipate the release date of things if they are already released). It can already be bought online, and there is already a video.
Unless he is actually Japanese and awaiting the release in person, in which case I sincerely apologise, but would still encourage him to search more often, based on the majority of his previous posts.

Whether or not he should search more in general, in this specific case he was right and you were wrong for rebuking him when he made a factually accurate statement.
