Cuza joined BC Sol only in the anime. Who’s to say Delta left the Victories in the anime?
I mean idk about the Cuza thing, but Delta never said he joined the Victories. Even in the manga, he just challenged HELL to a team battle. the 3 were only referred to as the Victories cause 2 out of the 3 were in Victories. And in the manga (the og source material) he just challenged Arthur and Gwyn to a match between him and Drum, that was only meant to show there new friendship. So I think its safe to say Delta is still in BC Sol, unless Delta does in fact appear in the anime. Cause the thingi s, Cuza joining BC Sol didn't affect the story too much, since his other team barely did anything. Delta moving from one Extremely important team to another big and very team is a big change, so I doubt the anime writers would go that far.
Here's what I would do: (spoilers for a match that hasn't happened yet taking place before these speculated events)
Hikaru and Hyuga have just fought Lane, I would say Lane won. The boat has come back for them, and Shu returns with Lane to the Raging Bulls by his own means of transportation (what that will be can be used for a small gag). Hikaru and Hyuga are going to return home, but convince Rantaro to let them go to BC Sol, and after some persuading he lets them go (in the manga this wouldn't happen, but Hikaru and Hyuga's parents appear less in the anime anyways).
At BC Sol they're doing some more training when they come across Deta walking around. Hikaru's done research and knows he's a strong blader, which gets Hyuga hyped and they wanna battle him. Hikaru battles first, the episode ends with him losing. Second episode begins where Hyuga and Hikaru are in the wild and do some shenanigans surviving and all that. A gag would come after when Valt sees them and tells them they could just sleep in a guest room at BC Sol. Anyways Hikaru does a battle with some otehr bladers and beats them to train for a rematch with Delta, which gets Hyuga pumped up. Hyuga goes directly to Delta for a battle and loses.
Its the next day after Hyuga's battle and Hikaru has been doing things all night preparing for his rematch. He has a match with Valt where he loses, but uses his knowledge of attack typed he gained from the battle to make a plan (along with prior knowledge from Hyperion). He tests out a plan with a small battle with Hyuga and he wins. Hyuga is still confused as to his plan, but Hikaru goes up to challenge Delta. Hikaru uses his King Strike to evade attacks and bounce back from a separate angle for a counter attack. After Diabolos is caught off guard,Hikaru goes for attacking and it plays out like it does in the manga. Episode 3 ends with Hikaru and Hyuga returning home, and their parents scolding them for not telling them they were also going to BC Sol after the island.
