Heck, Pokemon got 3 girls in the main cast with at worst a fair development with Sun/Moon and they’re implying the girl for 2019 will get involved soon. Like Beyblade Burst is the only one where the girls get literally no chance to be involved with the actual sport and the one who came the closest can’t even get her own unique bey.

They probably forgot how to design girls, or something
In all seriousness, there's no reason to not include girls in the series. One of the Hasbro commercials for the Cross Collision Stadium has a battle between a boy and a girl (the girl lost, but that's besides the point) so Hasbro is at least trying to advertise Beyblades as toys for either gender, but they can't change the anime unless there's a character that looks like either gender.
Good point. Cliche as it is, having a female blader be confused for a guy wouldn't actually be a bad character arc provided there's extra meat to their characterization.

When Hiro Morita was working on Azur Lane, he did make a comment on twitter about how nice it was to finally be drawing so many girls again.

Azur Lane? Isn’t that the anime that has ships as anime girls?

There are characters like Phi and Akira who look like girls, but changing their gender for to make a female main character would be bad because 1) they are young children of course they will look like a “girl”, 2) a male can look feminine (which is not a thing to be ashamed of) 3) why not just write a female character instead?
Also hope the new season won’t be boring as GT. Some may like it but eh I don’t, it had cool character designs though

The same.  Morita drew a short comedic manga where the air conditioner in the dormitory breaks down.

There are 10 Bladers in the picture.

I only see 9 Bladers. Rantaro & Ranjiro Kiyama, Lui Shirasagijo, Free de la Hoya, Shu Kurenai, Sisco Karlisle, Aiga Akaba, Valt Aoi and Drum Koryu. If you mean the person in between Rantaro and Ranjiro, it is actually Rantaro's fan.
There should be new Bladers in each season, hoping there is some fabulous new bey names, looking forward to it.

I think they’re gonna stay with the mythical beys the only real animal beh weve gotten so far in burst was leopard which was also owned by Laban Vanot who a African American Blader still no main female bladers tho
Leopards have been known to humans throughout history, and have featured in the art, mythology, and folklore of many countries

Right now they're doing a twitter campaign and if we can get both tweets to 1000 retweets they reveal the new designs for Valt/Rantaro/Ranjirou or whatever was silhouetted on the poster.

We gotta get these to 1000 tweets then! Do we know when they will reveal them after they both reach 1000 retweets?

On the site they're gonna reveal it on the 5th campaign thing and then we see what the next season stuff will look like. I do wonder what about other characters since we already have old renders on the original teaser, but for now here's to seeing that new stuff.

Ok then, this for sure puts an end to all the people that said the old character silhouettes were placeholders, which I never believed.

New Valt, love the design honestly. Has some nostalgia to seasons 1 and 2
Oh, my heart! I absolutely love the choice for the classic outfit for Valt! This series is going to be great! :')

ErrMerrGerb!!! Durr Hurrp Is Reel!

This has to be the best design for Valt I’ve seen thus far...  can’t wait to see what the beys will look like!!!

Now... does anyone know what the Japanese words are saying?

I actually fricken love this design. I can’t wait for this season! (Even though I’m not caught up with GT)
Agh my tummy is hurting cuz of all the hype that’s building up within me....
I wants moar news...

I’m now wondering how old Valt is now, he looks so mature...
I’m also pretty sure that we’ll get more character reveals soon... I’m actually quite surprised that they revealed the new Valt Aoi design this early...

One more thing... do we have any idea how long the episodes
Will be in this new season?
new rantaro and ranjirou design!
Ahhh! Just when I thought I could get a lil rest for at least till next week!! Amazing! And if these Neo-Retro designs are epically epic.. then the beyblades will be Uber-Lit!

It would be cool if they Neo-Retrofy the beys.. that’ll have us O-D off the nostalgia...
Also if people are wondering since no one talked about it in this thread, they do a campaign next month and in March and if those tweets get 1k retweets they reveal the new character design. Meaning that as long as they get the engagement anime wise we get a good idea of what's coming for the future.

Like the new design

So like, is it getting colder or something where they live? Because it seems they’re all just getting long sleeve shirts. Nah but for real though, I’m actually really liking the callbacks to season 1/2.
Wondering the Kiyama Brothers will each own a new bey or use the new bey together
3 down, 6 moar to go... we can do this!
