I think you can now only get them through WBO tournaments. It was removed due to being abused. So you can only get Beypoints through WBO hosted tournaments.

Well it honestly depends on how you launched the bey.
If you used banking then the spin velocity on the R2F is definitely good. But if you launched it without banking the R2F will just make the bey circle the outer rim of the stadium until it loses stamina which is roughly like 20 seconds lol.

RF used in banking (although not as fast as R2F) will provide decent smash as it grips the floor of the stadium, and if you launched it without banking it will again circle the stadium rim but unlike the R2F, it will last maybe another 20 seconds longer.

Yes it depends uf you have a good fusion wheel then R2F is definitely better but in some situations like if you have a Lightning L-Drago 100 against another lower tier attack bey like say storm pegasis 105HF Then you have to go for RF Coz of those situations where the beys have little spin left & anyone can win depending on stamina
