No. We know that Pegasis is better at 145, which is why it is MF Pegasis 145RF and not 100RF.

Pegasis the pre-HWS wheel works best at 145 height. Look around and read before posting things that are wrong.

MF pegasis 145 RF works much better than storm pegasis 100RF.

If you are looking for an ultimate Beyblade, this is it. I found it rather interesting to note that it can withstand attackers, kill smashers and outspin Stamina types.

I presume they're colored differently to make it a more worthwhile purchase.
