From what I've seen, R2F seems to be slightly faster than RF.

It sorta has to be it's a wider tip giving it more speed but man does it die fast...

With an RF it would have slightly more stamina but it wouldn't be that good since galaxy isn't that good a wheel. Just stick with Storm pegasus 100RF for attack combos, it's better.
