anyone know the cheapest place to buy blades in taiwan?

I don't know if this is good or bad for my storm pegisis105RF. I use hasbro thunderwhip stadium and i timed my storm pegisis105RF and it lasted for 26 seconds. Is this normal or is there something wrong with my rf?

I've only had the RF since last christmas
Plus my RF does have some black marking on it wear it has been worn down. I do use it quite a lot though.
