Probably because the Dragon Winder is too long it's classified as a modification.
Ask a question, get an answer! #2
Actually, the rulebook clearly states that crossing inter-generation parts and equipment is illegal.
Why is it leagal to flip the rubber of a Seaborg base over but not the rubber of an R2F whithout a bar in order to create an RBF (Rubber Block Flat)?

How exactly do you play a tournament where Hasbro mfb ripcord is about the same as the ropcord you get in a launcher pack with 2 rip cord and a laucnher.
I think we should talk about this cross inter-generation ripcord part more.
the original short ripcord are the same but the Dragon one is more questionnable.
I personally think that it should be allowed to use ripcords from different generations as long as they fit and only the handle is different.
I didn't know that. Thank you for letting me know.

Because in plastics, that sort of customizability was intentional. R²F's rubber is not meant to be removed at all.

Are there instructions included in the box on how to do it and was it legal to use this kind of mode change in WBA tournaments back then?
Would anybody want to do a tournament when beyblade burst comes out at stores like Walmart in the U.S?

That depends on your area, but without a doubt the community here will be organizing events when that happens. If you're able to round up 7 bladers in your area you can even organize one yourself with the help of the committee
Ok it would be in Georgia
So I'm wondering if someone could tell me a Beyblade burst I could buy for under $20?
(Sorry if this is the wrong thread)

I am looking at Amazon.ca right now, and I have found some boosters for under $20 with free shipping, and a couple of starters for $20. If you go here, you will see all the Beyblade Burst beys. If anything, I would recommend the Valkryie Spread Survive booster since it's good stock (but now seems to be a bit better with Revolve) for stationary Attack, and can be used for mobile Attack too (seeing as you have Xtreme IIRC). But if you don't have Revolve already, I would suggest going for the Rising Ragnaruk.
This is just what came to mind, as there are other sites such as Rakuten and HLJ where you would get them cheaper, but the shipping would most likely make it go over $20. I use eBay and Amazon for when I buy single Burst beys since it's cheaper, but be warned that the shipping usually takes 3-5 weeks.
With spin-equilizing, which is more efficient?

Black Spriggan used to be available for around 3500 yen as far as I know, but now that prize campaign has stopped and been replaced with Storm Spriggan Gunmetal Ver., so its value might increase a lot. The contrary will happen with the latter as it becomes more available.
