A counter to Maximum meteor "Meteor Destroyer"

I've been doing some testing lately because I had nothing else to do and I found this good combo against Maximum meteor called MF Gravity perseus (left spin) GB145 DS/WD Here are my results.


MM vs Meteor Destroyer

Maximum Meteor 2
Meteor Destroyer 8

MM win percentage 20%


I don't if this combo is good or I suck with XF but post results too if you want

Looks pretty good. Though DS and WD have their differences, what did you use?

Also, you haven't told us the specifics, being the Launchers, Stadium, launching style, and so on.

I'll test this out. Though I'm thinking I can abuse Gravity's recoil for some OHKO's.

MD: 3 wins (0 KO, 3 OS)
MM: 7 wins (6 KO, 1 OS)
Win Percentage: 30%

Even if it does work, given gravity's high recoil and the low grip bottoms you've chosen, it's extremely niche.
I think you'd be better off using a conventional attack combo to counter maximum meteor, IIRC (correct me if I'm wrong)

Well, great tests. The combo, on the other hand, is worse, because of DS. Using WD is a good idea, but I won't say much, until its tested.

Maximum Meteor v Meteor Destroyer:
MM wins 13 (11 KO 2 OS)
MD wins 7 (1 KO 6 OS)
MD wins rate: 35%

Okay, 10 tests because it was so obvious;

MF Meteo LDrago CH120XF vs. MF Gravity Perseus GB145WD (Left-spin, Defense or whatever)
MF Meteo LDrago CH120XF win rate: 8/10 (8 KO)
MF Gravity Perseus GB145WD win rate: 2/10 (1 OS, 1 KO)

I then did DS testing, to see if a difference was made;

MF Meteo LDrago CH120XF vs. MF Gravity Perseus GB145DS (")
MF Meteo LDrago CH120XF win rate: 8/10 (8 KO)
MF Gravity Perseus GB145DS win rate: 2/10 (2 KO)

So yeah, its just your launching.
