Yen* There is no US Dollars in Japan. :L
Buu, did you read my post?

Quote:One B-Daman, one B-Dama, a tool and instructions, you mean Tongue_out

No exactly, Axel. You can get them a lot cheaper than that if you look in the right place, hint hint.

The official price is usually between 787 and 1050 yen, so you're looking at... US$15?

He means after currency conversion...
No more CF B-Daman, huh? Well, judging by what TT did with Beyblade, and how boy hobby toys are doing in Japan right now, its surprising, but not too shocking.

I mean, its sad, and makes me upset, but when they axed MFB I kinda thought it may have ended after this season.

Now the burning questions:
Will Hasbro continue after ES?
Will another B-Daman series eventually follow, like with the previous generations of B-Daman?
When I said the Strike Shot thing I was hoping:
Kakeru - Drive Shot
Subaru -Speed Shot
Naoya - Stealth Shot (I know your thinking Impact Shot for him but this seems fun IMO so please don't kill my fun with critisizm and the fact it doesn't suit the B-Daman)
Basara - Split Shot (What did you think?)
Kamon - A made up shot called Multi Drive Shot (A Drive shot but with 3 Drive strips crossing each other for unlimited power, I know it's illogical but hey I don't want it to be too obvious like ooh Speed Drive Shot)
Byakuga - Metal Spike Shot
Etc

I made up a shot that has a Metal ring on the middle of the B-Dama called Centre Shot (I'm not calling it Ring Shot or Metal Ring Shot because its an awful name and it's like saying Drive Shot should be called Rubber ring Shot which by the way it's not)

Oh if only the series had something like that Unhappy

Considering they have B-Daman we don't know, like Orc and Hobbit, lined up for release, perhaps.

Inevitably. Just like Beyblade, B-Daman is a series that tends to be on and off every few years.
I typed in 1050 yen to USD into google and 10.618 USD came up, not $15, so I was confused.

Leone19, what did TT do with beyblade?
B-Daman is one of the mini-series for TAKARA-TOMY, so it has shorter cycles and the 'bursts' are not as regular, while Beyblade is one of their big toylines that lasts a few more years. I would predict that they will release a new B-Daman series that is less awesome next year, and then perhaps in 2015 there would be a more major B-Daman line.

We could make a petition to not end CF B-daman? XD

B-Daman began 20 years ago this year, I wouldn't really consider it mini compared to Beyblade when it's been going on longer than the latter. Furthermore, it was one of their bigger toylines back in the day, going through Bomberman, Bomberman Bakugaiden, Super, Battle, Battle: Fire Spirits and Crash before reaching Cross Fight and Cross Fight eS.

Crash ended in December 2006 and was picked up again with Cross Fight in 2011. That's five years.
Bakuten ended in December 2004 and was picked up with Metal Fight in 2009. That's also five years.

I wouldn't really say the bursts are not as regular when the most recent burst was the same length of time apart.
But what I mean is that B-Daman never really lasts for many years, and was there not also some Pengin B-Daman between the two series you mentioned ?

Also, everything I wrote is based on TAKARA-TOMY's own graphic representing their toylines, and B-Daman was not in the same category as Beyblade and Transformers, so it is not really my interpretation or anything.
Oh, well. I had completely forgotten about the Pen-B system, so I guess it did run for three years then, meaning there was a four year gap.

And I apologise; I didn't realise it was based on Takara-Tomy's information.
who knows a good cross fight es combo?
my old cross fight combo is
scope magazine combind with x2 wide magazine + twin magazine combo attach that to CB-36 Tune Up Gear Heavy Twin Core + CB-17 Tune Up Gear Straight Barrel + a CB-25 grip arm + smash dragold's leg parts ( rev=dravice rollers attached ) + force = dragren's head part and a CB-13 Tune-Up Gear Stabilizer to keep balance on the back. over all its a great combo for any game such as time attack or metor bomber.
That's a lot of stuff XD
Not that it matters, but I missed what arms you were using.

I think that is the arm that form Break Dracian in the anime
I saw B-Daman Crossfire at Target today. BD-01,2,3,6,12,14 and 24 were all 8.99. BD08 and BD15 were both 12.99. Break bomber set was 29.99. They also had some other type of thing like the break bomber said but had no actual B-Daman and it had anlittle different concept. It was around $15. I think I made a decent choice and picked Thunder Dracyan. This game looks pretty fun and maybe one day I can play with someone else.
I picked up a "Lightning Fin" today at Kmart for 9.99. First store and only store locally I found crossfire, so even though it was a little more, I figured it was fine. I love it!
Not gonna lie, I'm so calling it Sharknado.
I have to admit I was nervous about plastic bdama, but considering that they have metal in them, there really is no issue.
One question, it came with something that seems to be a "grip" or finger-rest type thing, it looks like it attaches to the core, but can't get it to stay, or figure it out. It's not in the instructions, the instructions were just generic (could be used for all bdaman)

I thought you called it Sharknado because it's Shark Week. XD

Anyway, I found B-daman Crossfire and the Break Bomber Battle Arena at Toys R Us, at 35 dollars (Break Bomber Set).

I had the same issue if you know anyone good at putting models together ask them to try and show you
Bought a couple B-Daman this afternoon, & I'll probably try them out tonight. Should be interesting, since I know NOTHING about these things haha
A more vibrant colour? Awesome!

(Sorry for the delay; this was found a few days ago but I don't keep this thread up-to-date with information we post on our Forums. I'll try harder!)

Holy Carp. That's just awesomeness
I'm definitely getting that next.

Im still waiting on a snot-green recolor XD
So, I wanted to get a few B-Daman, and I wanted to start collecting them so I was wondering, which B Daman's should I buy first to get me started, I have no knowledge on them, and help would be appreciated!

My Toys R Us has most of the new releases, so I'll look for them! Thanks!
Well depends what type of B-Daman you want.

Like what ultramarine said, but I'd definitely get "Thunder" (Acelle) Dracyan, it's a pretty decent buy - mind my spelling, haha
