Dark ____ CH120RF Is pretty much Very Good High Heavy Hitters or 3H's Overall: Very Good (changes if you like 3H's).
Defense:
Dark ____ ED145B Would be great if you don't have ED145 which could be gotten in Rock Aries, Also Rock can be better than Dark if gotten, better change it to H145, Overall: Best.
Stamina:
No Stamina Type can be Done.
Pretty much that 3H of yours will do some Heavy Forced Smash Attack, while LPH will do some wins against tall Blades.

No, dark is pretty much the worst metal wheel ever made.
Dark also has high amounts of recoil, hence why it's "perfect defence" is flawed, and is not in the top tier combo list.
Dark does not have a "fully covered wheel" which I assume to mean it has a smooth outer edge, since a fully covered wheel does not make sense.
storm ____ 105RF is not the best custom for attack types, in fact it's quite far from it.

Earth is one of the best Defense Metal Wheels out there, and way better than Rock.
WD is also top tier stamina bottom with more defence than SD, just in case you're unsure if what type your opponent is using.
