Burn Phoenix R145ES would be alright, although I guess it would lose balance pretty quickly.

The only good part from what you listed is the Burn Metal Wheel which has pretty impressive Stamina. All the other parts are basically useless.

WA130 would be better since if the Bey was to lose balance, the movable wings will definitely be more helpful than the large rubber wings that causes the Bey to roll around.

The parts you have cannot make very good combos, but these will probably be the most decent combos from the parts you listed:

Considering there is no customization possible with L Drago except changing its mode, that is not relevant at all in this situation. That post you quoted was slightly old as well.

No. With 100RF, you are aiming for an Attack type, however the Rock Wheel is inconvenient for that role.

It depends on the stadium you are using. Usually, I do not think it would defeat Storm Pegasis 100RF though.
