Short answer: no.

Long answer: noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

Detailed answer: HF (Lightning LDrago's tip) is not a very good attack bottom, but RF is.

I honestly can't think of a better attack combothan Quetz 90RF that doesn't use the Quetz wheel.
MF Quetz CH120CS is the only competition.

My current parts are:

Pegasis , Aquila , Pisces , LDrago , Wolf , Orso
Storm , Earth , Thermal , Lightning , Dark , Rock
145 , 105 , 100 , DF145 , T125 , D125
HF , FS , WD , RF , ES , B

Storm Peg 100RF is my best attack combo I could make, but I dont know what I could do for balance/defense? Could anyone help??

There really isn't any good defense combo you can make from the parts listed. :\

Defense: Earth Orso D125WD/B
Stamina: Thermal/ Earth Pisces DF145WD

Perhaps this may work, you dont have many attack bottoms but here's my try at a combo:

AR: Trygle AR
WD: 10 Wide
BB: Master Dragoons BB (SG flat..i think)

Are there any good plastic attack combos that you can make from the 'obtainable' beyblades on eBay like Dragoon G and Trygle?

Yes. Eight Spiker and Triple Wing are top tier ARs for smash attack. 10 Wide from Dragoon G is great for smash attack.

You'd need to get both left and right spin SGs and a good attack BB for those parts to be put to good use though.

Too bad it's obscenely difficult to get SG Metal Flat 2 now.

Grip Base, Storm Grip Base...

There are other options.

I know, I personally own all of those.
But Grip Base is only for right spin, and I really hate storm grip for smash attack.

I don't know because I only have two MFB but Rock Leone 145RF was pretty good against Storm Pegasus 105WB

... I hope you mixed up the tips...

I didn't but like I said I only have two MFB so it performed pretty good against the other Bey
