Well yah, buts thats why i listed the changes.

Haha yeah, but then it isn't "barely" the same. It's like saying that taking the tires off a car won't affect performance much.
As I previously mentioned, I am a...how you say...BEYNOOB, and my BEYHEART does not burn as brightly as yours do. I'm trying to get at least some grasp on the basics, and I think if I try hard enough I'll get it by 2010. And while I could read all day and hope for the best, I'm going to have to try building a decent blade eventually, in order to see if I properly understand the concepts.

Here are my HMS blades:
Dragoon MS
Draciel MS
Dranzer MS
Driger MS
Wyvern DJ

And here is my attempt at an Upper Attack-type blade using the parts available:
AR: Metal Upper (I read it was pretty good for UA during it's time)
WD: Circle Balance (If I had a Circle Heavy, I'd use that instead)
RC: Grip Flat Core (I don't know if flying around the stadium like a bat outta Hell is good thing for Upper Attackers, but this core's really short).

Unfortunately, I don't really have a proper stadium to do tests in (all I have is a Hasbro HMS stadium, which was not only on sale, but was also bundled with 2 or 3 additional HMS blades), so I can't be certain that this is very good.
U have to explain what kind of blade u want. 1 type, 2 types, all types, Upper Attack, Compact, Zombie, Smash Attack or Force Smash.

PS: Plz note that using multiple stats lowers them compaired to just having 1.

He did.. he said it was his attempt at an UPPER ATTACK beyblade..

It's pretty much as good as he is gonna get although I don't know about Wyvern DJ's AR I think that might be a better upper attack AR..

Anyway it's just a really crappy version of the standard upper attack HMS custom

AR: Samurai Upper
WD: CWD Defense Ring
RC: Grip Flat/UV Core

You have the right idea here, but if you want to make a really good HMS upper attacker, you should try getting Samurai Upper or Circle Upper. I'm not sure how this would fare in the Hasbro HMS Stadium, but it would work in the Takara HMS stadiums.
Doomie, I think you're combo is fine for what you have.

The other RCs you have are quite tall, and Uppers need to be low to be able to pick up the opponent.

Please look into this article for further tips!

Cool.

Yeah, I don't expect to win tournaments or anything with this combo; I just wanted to see if the build I posted could fulfill the requirements for a certain beyblade archetype (in this case, Upper Attack) using the few parts I have. It's a learning experience.

Train: Yeah, I thought about using DJ Spiker, but the "ramps" on it look too steep and bumpy to pick anything up. I could be wrong, of course.
DJ spiker isn't very useful, IMO.

Anyway, I used to use Metal Upper/C.Wide/Metal Sharp back when only a few HMS existed.
could any1 build me a combo?
this is what i have
dranzer g
dragoon v2
draciel v
roller attacker
bumpking
wyborg
metal driger
trypio
Ouch. You need better Blades, that's all there is to it.
Which Metal Driger? If it's Takara...

You could try,

AR: Dranzer G
WD: 10-Wide (dragoon G)
SG: HMC (metal driger)
BB: SG Sharp (trypio)
Hey, eh well, where do i start, i need some help with combo making, im not actully that sure on what i type i want, though i was thinking on the lines of endurance or compact since i took a shot at making a compact combo already, the example one in the Beywiki Compact article to be exact =)

AR: Driger S (I also tried changing it to Wolborg 3s AR)
WD: Ten Heavy
SG: Neo MG right (no HMC's for me)
BB: SG Semi-Flat

Its pretty nice for the most part, though im hoping to make some different ones out of my other parts, can anyone help? Here are my Beyblades, i'll note if theres a certain part on it which is missing. Also, at the end i'll just note some ARs and BBs in the case where the rest of the Beyblade has broke or is lost.

Driger V2
Dranzer V2
Dranzer G
Dranzer F
Dragoon G (Broken EG)
Dragoon V2 (Outer ring on MG weight disk has broke)
Flame/Torch Pegasus
Flash Lepoard 2
Galeon Attacker
Makendo (I have Spin Dragoon too, but they are the same blade really)
Metal Dranzer
Master Driger
Master Draciel
Seaborg 2
Trygle
Wolborg 3
Wolborg 4

Random BB's (these dont include the SG): Dranzer S, Gazzly, Gaman, Master Dragoon, Roller Defenser, Wing Defenser, Wolborg 1 & 2, Trypio.

Random ARs: Bistool, Draciel F, Dragoon V, Dranzer V, Dragoon F, Driger F, Driger S, Dragoon S, Seaborg, Wolborg 2, Wolborg 1, Wyborg.

Random Sub Ring: Gazzly (lol)

Random WDs: I have 6,8 and 10 Balence, Heavy and Wide WD's. I dont know what the WD is from Wolborg 3 is called.

I'll update the parts list if i dig up anything more i have. Sorry i didn't use 'SG Semi-Flat' or any terms like that for some of the bases, i was trying to do things in alphabetical order by the name of the Beyblade.
You can use that same combo as above, but just "upgrade" your Galeon by using heavier parts (10-Heavy with a MG Core).

You could also do:
AR: Driger S
WD: 10-Wide
SG: Wolborg IV
BB: Wolborg IV

I suggest you get a Wolborg/Wolborg 2 so you can use your Dranzer V2 SP Dragoon V2 BB.
Brilliant, thanks alot! =)
im trying to build another beyblade:

AR: Dragoon V2/Gripholyn/Trygle
WD: 10 Heavy/6 Heavy
SG: Dragoon V2 AR = Left Spin/ Other = Neo-Right (MG)
BB: Diger S

So i was wondering which one of these should i use?
What concept are you aiming for?
Ehh, like sorta like this (Note: this is a ratio, i know stats dont matter) ATK: 7 DEF/END: 6

AKA: a balanced type with a little extra attack
GotrutoTheCustimizer Wrote:Ehh, like sorta like this (Note: this is a ratio, i know stats dont matter) ATK: 7 DEF/END: 6

this isn't a concept
Hi !

Glad to see that there is still an active and nice Beyblade community :D

1) At first, I'm posting there to know which combo(s :D) could be great with those tops (I like Defense+Endurance types :D) :
- Knight Dranzer (hah)
- Driger F
- Dragoon G
- Rock Bison (:p)
- Dranzer S
- Master Draciel
- Metal Draciel
(- and Dragoon V2's Attack Ring)

2) I also would like to know what could be wrong with those two tops :

* AR : Master Draciel
* WD : 10 Wide
* BB : Dranzer S
(that a nice dude advised me to try :D)

* AR : Master Draciel
* WD : 10 Heavy (Rock Bison's one)
* BB : Metal Draciel

3) And finally, I'd like to know if I could beat a "top-tier" blade like Galeon with my tops :D

Thanks everybody :D ! Have a nice day.

(PS : Sorry for all the smilies and for my english :$)
1. The only Beyblades on the list with at least one useful part are:
- Dragoon G
- Master Draciel
- Metal Draciel

2. The first combo is pretty decent. I would have suggested that as well from the parts you have.

With the second combo, the AR and BB don't really go well. There's not too much that could be done except to get a Heavy Metal Core (HMC) from a TAKARA Metal Driger if you were to keep it like that. I'd suggest buying more Beyblades.

3. Well your parts are very limited. If you were to get a Wolborg or Wolborg 2 you may have a chance to out spin it. You could make a spin stealer if you get Left SG Shells from like Dragoon S or F.

If you get those, you could also build an an attack:
AR: Dragoon G
WD: 10-Heavy
SG: Left (Driger F)
BB: Driger F

AR: Dragoon G
WD: 10-Wide
SG: Left (Driger F)
BB: Dragoon S

Also, if you can get a Bistool, you can just add a 10-Balance to it and it should out spin it.

Edit: And welcome to Beywiki Smile
GotrutoTheCustimizer Wrote:im trying to build another beyblade:

So i was wondering which one of these should i use?

i decided with

AR: Griffolyn (Seemed to work the best)
WD: 10 Heavy (it worked better than 6 Heavy for this AR)
SG: Neo-Right (MG) (Its heavier)
BB: Driger S (This base is awesome)
BitBeast: Wing Attacker (Same color as SG)
Name: 4-Star Colonel (I like Colonel better than General)

I suggest buying Roller Defencer/Wing Attacker, for their base. it works well with Master Draciel's AR.
I don't know how it works with the Smash Turtle, but instead of buying Wing Attacker he should buy Bistool (the whole blade is very useful).Smile
