Yes, but competitively, L-Drago Absorb in Assault mode (teeth) would work better, competitively. The naming system is quite easy:

So competitively L-Drago Absorb in assault mode is good just tested it around 10mins ago but what track and bottom do i put for it? I tried 105LRF and work fine for me

For Defense DF145 is better becuz H145 has too much recoil.
