Any ideas how to improve? I changed the hf to an RF which is so low.

Dude, JASON FLAV, I don't know why you're advising someone to use Q of all things over RF. The combo that you had Shika Blade: MF Pegasis 145HF needs HF to be taken out and left with RF because it's top-tier. For Attack, nothing is better than a Rubber Flat style Bottom, not counting destabilizers.
Edit: It's T125, not T145.

not true.
WD and WB are both GREAT parts and are in lots of top tier combos but WD is better for stamina and WB is better for defence.

Read the competitive combo list, and then see how WD falls under one category, and WB falls under another?
