Yeah, a few nice plastics in there (Dranzer V2, Burning Kerberous, Phantom force Wolborg, Tiger Defenser (green) and I think there's a Dragoon V or V2)

You can't, I tried to sign up, and to sign up they need your Mobile/phone number to send a confirmation code, but it only accepts Romanian phone numbers..
Either way they only post to Romania, you'll have to find someone that lives there and is willing to ship worldwide.
I'm also not sure if that one comes with the Black Dranzer bit chip. I know one of Hasbro's doesn't, and I have a nasty feeling it might be the BBA Championship one, but I'm not sure.

I found a lot with a Dranzer GT is pretty good condition. Better condition than both of my Dranzer GT anyway.

Um what? They only released it in the championship one didn't they? There was the set with Phantom Force Wolborg but it was the same. I heard from an older member that they did at one point have the correct bit chip then it was changed. Not sure which way round it went though but it's likely that originally it didn't have the proper one then they changed it to the proper one. Anyway you can't be certain with a NIB hasbro one.

Yes, It is an Ultimate Frostic Dranzer. Actually that lot has both the Ultimate Frostic Dranzer and Bistool in it, Very nice!
