Hey Roux, the one on the right is definitely fake as you said. I can pretty much confirm that the one on the right is a TT Hongli knockoff of Dragoon MS, as I bought one in Pakistan and I still have it. The tip of the TT Hongli Dragoon MS is black, just as your picture shows.

I agree - buyers are responsible for ensuring the goods they are selling are legitimate. If they are unsure they should check. If they have an account here, there is absolutely no reason not to.

If he didn't know they're fake, he should still accept his responsibility as a seller and offer you a refund.

Open a dipute file on ebay and paypal..that should solve it roux..you got pretty high chance of getting full refund..

is he clearly mention that it is fake in his description?did you left feedback?
you can't "report" him on Ebay?
eben paypal dispute is unable?
this is serious major case of fraud..you should get your refund anyhow..
