Directions/Additional Information
1120 Jackson Rd, Silver Spring, MD 20904. We will be playing either under the pavilion or on the grass.

Tournament Time: Tournament Registration and Free Play will be starting at 11:00AM, however we be starting the event at 12:30 PM. It would be appreciated, however, if attendees would be there at least a couple of minutes earlier so we can get the battles and or blocks ready beforehand. We'd like to get the tournament done as soon as we can, but if your going to be late PM me or post in this thread.

Entry Fees: Tournament entry will cost five dollars a person, although if an extra ten is payed, a Blader Passport would be yours, along with a cool Passport Face online! Most importantly, though, free tournaments until your passport expires the following year. How cool is that! As you know it allows you to enter any tournament for the next year without paying the fee, as well as giving you the chance to participate in whatever contests or giveaways the WBO may offer.

Side Note: Please, PLEASE, PLEASE keep a hold on each and every part you own. We'd like to avoid thefts of all types, from Beyblades to game systems and laptops. Keep all your personal belongings close to your person at all times; do not leave them hanging around, as they are YOUR responsibility, and the tournament staff cannot be held liable for thefts.

Prize: As every normal tournament everyone will get 1 Credit to spend on the credit campaign for participating per tournament formats. First place gets 3 Credits plus 1 extra credit for majority wins. Second place gets 2 Credits plus 1 extra for majority wins. Third Place gets 1 Credit and maybe or not 1 extra for majority wins.

Would anyone be interested in buying a black Spriggan Requiem?
Can Takara Tomy beys be used in this tournament or just Hasbro?

You can use both brands but you can’t use has to drivers on takara tiny beys
i’m sad we can’t make it next week. have fun folks, i’m interested to see if gF makes an impact!
I still don't know if I'm going to be able to possibly make t to this one, but if I do, is there anyone how's going that has an extra left rotation string launcher that I can possibly have, for my left spinning beys, I'd use my LR string launcher, but, my launches for them mess up every time it's in left rotation, so if I possibly do go, please let me know if anyone's willing to let me have (if anyone has an extra) a left rotation string launcher, if possible, that'd mad it easy for me for a team I already have that I may or may not be using
I will be there!
Can I use my takara tomys?

My first tournament

Looking forward to the tournament
Dos anyone have xtra beylogger sheets I can have?
Does anyone have any launchers I can use because I have the Proto launcher and a fake launcher
Someone told my 7 year old about this tournament and he's very excited. So naturally his 5 year old brother wants to join. Sounds like all ages are welcome, and they'll have a good time. But I only half-know what to expect, so I have a few last minute questions:

Do we need to do anything in advance, or just show up and register once we're there?

Do they really need their own accounts on this site, or can I register them both under mine?

We've gone over all the rules together, but as a non-blader only some of it makes sense to me. Will the kids be able to just follow the lead of the more-experienced players?

Do they need to bring anything other than their favorite official beyblades? We don't have one of the approved arenas.

Anything else we should know as first-timers?

Thanks,
David

your sons each need an account
one can use yours, but the other child needs another account

one player = one account

there will be experienced judges who know the tournament rules. your kids can just watch other matches and learn. it’s fast to pick up. if they don’t understand something, just ask a judge.

you don’t need anything except beys and a launcher

my extra advice:

bring a nice chair for yourself

and something to keep your kids hands clean before matches (there is a big playground nearby)

plan on a couple hours
if you must leave, tell the organizer
Just made it to the tournament

Just made it to the tournament and signed up for $15.00 instead of $5.00. Now I'm a member with you guys. This is so cool...

... if you are having thoughts about joining, GO 4 IT, it IS amazing!!!!

GOOD LUCK TODAY TO EVERYONE!

NOW TIME TO HAVE FUN!!

You can trade in credits to get stuff like bits and Beyblades but you have to collect a bit if you want to get any really nice. I don't think they're using then at the moment though
