Worst Fails In Beyblade Over The Years!
Beybwheelz/ and bey raiders
Turbo having no metal.
Hasbro the past few years. Need I say more?
Hypersphere beyblades not having the metal on the layer, only being two pieces, and the drivers not having gimmicks.

Only one word and thats: hYPeRSpHeRe
Hasbro Destroying any gimmick that A Bey has
I'm not going to jump on the Hypersphere slamming bandwagon. I will, apparently, be the first to bring up Slingshock stadium rails and pockets. And as an extension of that, Hasbro beystadiums in general. If it isn't a rounded bowl without flat parts in the middle, then it's not a good beystadium.
Noob me launching a beyblade and it flying and breaking the wall. And then the launcher snapping back on my hand. Fun times.

When anyone clicks their launcher.
No one has talked about fakes? Wow. Burst fakes are just TERRIBLE.
Beyblade Zero G XD
I dont really have any particular stadium design in mind, some stadiums kinda stand out as weird or tryhard-ish to me, like some are trying to appeal to kids greatly

For me the worst Beyblade fail is the decision to make Hasbro and Takara incompatible.
I had a 3-D printed Beyblade that I let my friend use so I could battle them with my Breaker Xcalius and then it was a one hit battle and the 3-D printed layer flew around the room and after hitting the stadium, a kid in the stomach, and a wall, it hit them in the face and cut their nose

To be fair to Zero-G, the emphasis on Synchromes was probably a way to push people into buying two beys in order to live up to the MFB 4D's power level. Sure, I'm not a fan of Synchromes (unless they're used with their respective pairs like Saramanda Ifraid or Orojya Revizer, because it's a bit more fun) but I can definitely see where the system was coming from. Plus, at least there was still a degree of customization (well, the Track and Bottom anyway) which is more that could be said about the HMS system. Speaking of which...
The HMS system. Now don't get me wrong, I love the HMS system and it's definitely a solid upgrade from their predecessors but... it was far too ahead of it's time and was the most radically different system upgrade of any Beyblade lines.
With MFB's transition to Zero-G, there were still some familiar elements kept with it like the Track and Bottom still being customizable and you could still use the same type of launchers. And Burst, even with the Single Layer, Dual Layers System, God Layers System, Cho-Z Layers System, GT Layers System and Superking Layers System, there were still a lot of room for open customization and compatibility, with some having more limited customization options than others of course, like the nL Layer, Frames, the Hy, Ig' and Gn Drivers, the Chassis etc. The point is both Zero-G and later systems of Burst, despite having different elements were still somewhat compatible with their previous systems, some more than others.
But HMS was completely different as none of the parts were compatible with the Plastic Beys at all and used completely different launchers, which is probably why it didn't sell all that well (that and probably other reasons people will point out to me). This does not mean that the system was bad, not at all and it is a highly acclaimed system by fans but I can understand why some might be put off the system.
Bey raiderz is probably the worst thing that have happened to a "bey" and the slingshock gimmick
First tournament I went to, almost every time I launched my beys would fly off and not touch the stadium.
when you go to your first tournament and your the only one who brought only one Bey
Takara-Tomy not fixing the original Valkyrie's teeth to make them more durable despite multiple re-releases over the years.

It's even weirder that Xcalibur got the upgraded teeth and yet even basic layers released afterwards didn't. Why didn't they use the better, wider teeth for those too?

Or worse, when anyone clicks your launcher .
I believe the Japanese have a lot of faith in their children as the TT stuff - while more effective, requires a little more patience and care. My sons and I held an invite tournament for them and their friends, all of which had Hasbros. To make it fair, we let anyone who wanted to, try out and sub in some of TT beys and launchers. Clicking Hasbro launchers is fine, unfortunately - remind the kids as I did - there was a lot of clicking going on with our borrowed TT launchers Two L/R rip-cord launchers were toast in the end, but, it was a lot of fun.
If I could make one change to TT stuff, it would be making it slightly easier to get a positive lock on their launchers so the kids didn't feel the need to turn it back harder.
