That'd be up to Mexicantwix. The way I see it, it's a Hasbro version of a Sparking disc, and technically falls under
"-All disks released after GT"
If that read All Takara Tp,y discs released after GT, it'd say that it'd be permitted. But it just says disks. So I would exclude Haswheel under that ruling.

Wheel's no good here! None of the Limit Break Discs will be allowed. Neither will the DB discs. Consider using some of the strange GT discs, or perhaps even some of the previous number discs and Outer.

There are plenty of layers you can use, and if we see a DB or Sparking layer you'll be stopped from using it. I can think of at least 10 viable layers for this format, two of which are holdovers from ChoZ.

It may be worth clarifying re Hasbro's Wheel, which is legal in Limited and quite significant in this format, but not clearly covered by the rules. I've been told it's kind of TO discretion at this point?
I agree with this.  The format is experimental at this point, so the organizer would ideally put it into the proposal and let the participants know what they would like to do.

That's a fair interpretation, and the only counterpoint to it really is that the part (as well as the -d disks I believe, but that's kind of irrelevant) is legal in Limited.

Either way, I'm a long long way away, not my place to advise, just want to make sure it's clear in case anyone asks people for combo for advice on discord etc. Smile
Mexicantwix we require your ruling on Haswheel for the event.

Shindog said that this is experimental and i have been thinking about it but i came to the conclusion that i'll allow HasWheel
No. Just, no. I can't. Not today. I'm literally already there, and nobody else is. And the tournament is supposed to begin in a little over an hour. But the point is it is way too cold and it is extremely windy. This is infeasible. Yes, I have already driven 2 hours to be here, but I'm not self-destructive enough to hang out in the cold wind for another 5 hours. I hope the rest of you have fun if you decide to hold the event.

Aww man I was legitimately looking forward to your write up for GT Unhappy

Stay safe stay cosy bud. For everyone else, I hope the tournament goes well - being part of the first (I believe) GT format tournament is pretty significant!
I’m at the location and see no soccer fields.

Was in the wrong park somehow, whoops!
Just a PSA to everyone registered for the tournament: registration will be postponed until 12:45. We hope to see you all there!
