Hey all, professional noob blader here. I enjoyed participating in the fighting of exploding spinning tops while pretending I know how inertia works. I will generally partake in gatherings of people with a similar interest of these rotating objects around the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). My favourite combos are essentially anything purple, gold, and sometimes a nice purl white. I don’t know how to make a cool banner so who those who actually know how this site works please feel free to message me about how I should know how to at this point lol.

Sounds like an interesting format! I started getting into blading at around the end of sparking, but I've got quite a lot of older stuff as well. Seems like a good way to put that to use!

They can't help you. The solution is to create the image, upload it to imgur or imgbb or some other image hosting service, open the hosted image (just the file) in a new tab, and then use the Insert Picture button on a WBO forum post, through the preview post full editor.

It's clearly defined in the Burst Standard rules, and for some reason in the Burst Classic and Burst Limited rules.

"Beyblade/Part-Specific Rulings

Hasbro Pro Series 

• Hasbro Pro Series Layers/Drivers are not allowed to be combined with regular Hasbro Burst Layers/Drivers
  
• Hasbro Pro Series Layers/Drivers are allowed to be combined with Takara Tomy Layers/Drivers."
  

Hasbro Bearing is apparently allowed on Hasbro non-Pro layers, and you Still Cannot use it on Hasbro Pro Layers, those have teeth. Hasbro Bearing has a smaller tooth, it will Not Work Correctly, it will burst more. Every other format has that restriction in place. But this is unranked, so do what you want Twix. At least it's not TT driver tooth on slope.

Wheel's no good here! None of the Limit Break Discs will be allowed. Neither will the DB discs. Consider using some of the strange GT discs, or perhaps even some of the previous number discs and Outer.

There are plenty of layers you can use, and if we see a DB or Sparking layer you'll be stopped from using it. I can think of at least 10 viable layers for this format, two of which are holdovers from ChoZ.

It may be worth clarifying re Hasbro's Wheel, which is legal in Limited and quite significant in this format, but not clearly covered by the rules. I've been told it's kind of TO discretion at this point?
