Saturday, August 22 @ 2 PM

102-4800 Kingsway
Burnaby, BC V5H 4J2

Vancouver BeyBattle is the first WBO tournament in Vancouver, BC, and the first gathering of the Vancouver BeyClub!

To enter this tournament, you will need to pay either a $5 registration fee or have a Blader Passport ($10), which can be purchased on-site. Format is Metal Fight Beyblade ONLY. If you don't have an MFB, you will be able to purchase one.

Prizes TBD. I don't know if their will be prizes yet, or if the winner will be entered into an upcoming WBO contest for event winners. People on eBay are ignoring my messages, sadly Unhappy Hopefully I can get something, though.

More details will be posted as they come in!

actually you're pretty much the only reason i'm worried about not winning Grin

oh and G might be coming so i gotta fight the asian tag team i guess
LoL my testing consists of me and my friend who is only interested in MFB's because I currently drag him to test (I hate 'fire one, fire two' tests for accuracy reasons). Other than that I've only done a few 'real' battles and that was at the Summit Tongue_out

You coming out on Friday or just earlier in Saturday by the way? Either way I hope you're staying a night, we definitely need to hit up my restaurant at least once.
I would, but I don't have anywhere to stay and I think I'll have a guest. It's possible I could stay Saturday night ... if I actually had a place to stay, lol

We can grab dinner at your restaurant afterwards or lunch beforehand, if you'd like.
I'll be bringing my camcorder to this event as well by the way Smile

And don't think I'm going to be a complete pushover in this tourney... my blades will be in a good 3 or so weeks beforehand probably, so I should have some decent practice time in to learn a few tricks.

So I guess you'll be coming, then? Smile
I'll be bringing a friend to this event. I got a set of BB-22, just have to wait for it to get here but it should arrive before the event. Just need a stadium to practice. They cost too much on ebay, with shipping would be over $40. D:
Yeah, it's really a shame stadiums are so scarce right now.

especially since you agreed to trade me your god-virgo
Barring some shipping disaster, first place for this tournament will contain a Lightning L-Drago.
What is metal fight? Sorry I've been out of the game along time.

Ok last question, Promise. Where can you find them and how much are they. BTW I'm in BC as well.

You can find the answer to this in the Bey Marketplace forum ... to generalize, though, most of us use eBay and Yahoo Japan.

I don't know the exact price yet, but probably 10-15 depending on which bey
I'm getting really psyched for this battle. I'm trying to drag 1 or 2 extra friends to this who will need to borrow some Beyblades to participate.

I'm really looking forward to trying my new launch technique on a few more opponants than just Hiro and my friend Antonia.
Does anyone know where Metropolis Comics and Toys is located by any chance? like what floor?
Sorry for asking but I don't want to have to walk for so long to find the place lol
There is a directory in the mall that will be more helpful than anything I can post here Uncertain

If I can find a better resource sooner I'll post it here.
Metropolis Comics and Toys is on the bottom floor of the "Metrotown" side of the mall. It is right in front of Toys 'R' Us. If you head to Toys 'R' Us and look to your left about 3 stores before it, you'll see Metropolis Comics and Toys Stupid
That sounds awsome and you can buy Metal fight or fusion in canada Grin
