ABOUT BEYBLADE NORTH
Experience three days of high-speed battling action and Beyblade giveaways at BEYBLADE NORTH 2016! Get expert hands-on training with Beyblade Burst, the explosive new series straight from Japan, and compete against rival Bladers for huge prizes!
EVENT SCHEDULE
Our booth will be open for the majority of convention hours across all three days. We'll be running one tournament on each day, with the remainder of time dedicated to free play, side events, and training for new and intermediate Bladers.
Enter the BeyRaffle by attending either Beyblade Burst 101 or the Beyblade Burst tournament on Saturday — preferably, both! We'll be giving away awesome prizes, just a few of which can be seen above. (The Beyblade Burst 101 raffle will prioritize new players over experienced Bladers.)
Plus, Beyblade North will have a #BeySelfie contest all of its own! Post your BeySelfie on Instagram (tagged with #BeySelfie and #WorldBeyblade) from our booth on Friday and Saturday for a chance to win a gold Xcalibur Force Xtreme (which you can pick up on Sunday – keep an eye on your Instagram comments!).
And of course, the winners of each tournament will all receive fabulous prizes.

I like this. Starting off with Limited and HMS seems nice and than ending with Standard, Team Zero G (new fun) and Plastics would be pretty cool in my opinion.

This kind of seemed to get ignored before, but why not have Anime North be the start/end of beydays rather than the one weekend of it? It would seem to solve any hosting problems that pop up and still encourage a bunch of people to come to an.

We're always open to new ways of doing things! We'll definitely take this into consideration.

Basically, if you do not live in Canada, you will simply have to do what everyone had been doing all these past years : line up at the Toronto Congress Center to get your pass in person. Considering that this year, they offer the novelty of shipping out passes to Canadian residents, the lines should be significantly shorter though.
Thanks 2 more questions anyone have an idea of what to tell my mom to get her to let me go and if she does anyone wanna let me sleep on the floor of there room I'm not kidding I will if someone let's me

You really need to have an honest conversation with your parents about this event. If you want to share a hotel room with someone, it's possible, but each hotel has their own policy.
I'm still looking for carpooling / hotel sharing options to cut cost, otherwise I really can't justify spending $400+ to go to the tournament.
If anyone is passing through the Detroit/Ann Arbor area, I can definitely work something out to join up with you or provide a ride the rest of the way.
Confirm me Brad, I got my tickets on Jan 2nd, flights ready, I'm excited!
Are we alone in Texas? Please let me know if u are a Texas blader near austin, we can discuss on making tourneys! Subscribe to my youtube channel of Awesomeness!!https://www.youtube.com/user/ExtremeBlader3/featured
Limited is easily the WBO's best Metal Fight Beyblade format. The metagame is well balanced and there really is nothing that is insanely hard to beat. If you ban a piece, it can very well change an entire metagame. It is very different from Standard.
I think our panels at Anime North should relate to the theme of the ''revival'' of the Beyblade franchise. It'd be awesome to have a tournament from where it all started. Plastics.
