I wouldn’t go to that conclusion, especially considering it’s use in other testing. In my eyes, Tempest has one good use, and that is countering Rage, and maybe Zwei. Other than that it’s used seem to be limited so far, but it might be useful as a spin equalizer, though testing would have to be done to show this.

I dont think this is entirely true due to how the blades work on tempest. While they may have been intended for attack I feel they act better for defence in practice able to absorb attacks and then retracting into the tempest base making it quite round.
