“This event is a part of the So Cal Challengers event series where 5 different regions in so cal are hosting tournaments to determine their top players to compete in an event in June to send somebody to North Americas qualifier event for the official tournament in Tokyo later this year. Please note that this event is unofficial and unaffiliated with Takara Tomy or Hasbro. It is all being paid for and put together by the Southern California community and is intended for that audience. We encourage other people to come play/spectate but do know that if you have not played in at least 3 previous So-Cal events you will not qualify for our main event in June even if you place top 16 at this event.”

Registration 11am Tournament Start 12pm
We will be having a two stage tournament; the first stage will be 3on3 SWISS format, and the second stage will be Deck DOUBLE ELIMINATION format. We will be using the TT Standard Stadium.
We will be using the WBO Beyblade X Rules with Optional Rule #1 "Own finish."
Metal Needle is BANNED.
LOCKED DECK - 4 Bey IEBXL Format
ALL PLAYERS WILL RECEIVE COMMEMORATIVE PARTICIPATION BADGE WITH THEIR NAME AND DECK ON IT.

you have a locked 4 bey deck. you can use any 3 of the 4 each round, you cant switch your deck during a match and may have no repeating parts between the 4 beys. example; deck: CDg PW AP SW. for your first round you pick CDg PW and SW. you play round one with those 3 bey. next round, you pick CDg PW and AP, you play round 2 with those. 3rd round comes, you choose play PW AP and SW, you play the round with those. that's it. the deck is locked in the entire tournament for both stages.
