Shadow X 9365: okay, got it. I just take them out of boxes for photo shooting. No more action will be taken.
I use registered air mail except other negotiation made.

Only if you pay extra for it. So you'd either want registered mail or EMS.

Sometimes she offers it without extra charges. But, it does cost more then regular mail. So, unless she says that she is offering registered mail, don't expect it...unless you've paid extra for it.

I am not quite sure what insurance means? Does it mean that if buyer can't get the goods they purchased then I can offer them the total refund?

Pretty close. Let's say a package gets lost in the delievery process, would the shipping company cover the cost of the package? I believe it's called 'ä¿é™©' in mandarin.

Hero and BlackOutCannon: okay, i got it, here is my explaination:

The Purchase Process
- Deal in pm
- Send the payment by paypal
- Ship the goods within 3 working days (mostly the next day)
- Send the buyer tracking number and tracking website
- Make sure buyer rcvd their package
if not
- Apply to the "lost item" application in post office
- Check where the package is by post office (both countries)
10~20 days
- Make total refund if post office confirmed the package lost

And yes, i will get refund from post office too in a limited amount.

Hopefully it can explain all the deal process more clearly for you all now Grin
