My mum ordered the iPhone 5 2 weeks ago and I DID NOT KNOW!!
It came in yesterday, and I saw it lying around when I came home. And my reaction was really crazy I was screaming and screaming so loud!!
But it's mostly the same thing, but a case for headphones with an apple logo SO PROFESSIONAL.
And it's not for me, I wouldn't have a phone that expensive at this age.

It was so happy and blue.
This one is still nice though. But it doesn't have that same rubber bottom. So I can't drag it around on the floor anymore :c

- The Architecture of Patterns by Paul Andersen & David Salomon
- The Book of Probes by Marshall McLuhan and David Carson
I've been wanting both of these for a long time, and not just because they were designed by David Carson, haha.

Pokemon Black 2! Hell yeah; I'm playing it now, too bad 3DS resolution screws it up big time
Picked up pokemon black 2 at Target today. Looks awesome, can't wait to play it.
Red vs Blue: Season 10 via Amazon.
It releases around November (IIRC, November 10), so it's just pre-order atm. But just my luck, I check it again on Amazon to find that it's not 10% off, 20% off. It's 45% off. Forty-honkin'-five. I've bought every RvB Season DVD for about the base price of $17-20 a piece. Sometimes $22 when Gamestop still had 'em. But $10.45? Honkin' steal, yo. Honkin' steal.

Quite a leap from my OLD Comp

My passion for guitars and guitar gear has finally returned, much to my relief. A couple of related purchases:
2 6П3С (6P3S) Tubes/Valves for my amp (which is self auto biasing so I can put in any octal-based tube and it'll work, altering the characteristics of the amp). They're real cheap, about $20 a pair - about half of what a pair of new stock tubes cost. I've heard both good and bad things about them, but assuming they survive the trip from Ukraine, I don't mind risking $20 to find out if they're good or not for myself (and if they are, I can then stock up).
Some Guitar Straps so I have more than 1 strap shared between 7 guitars - 5 Cheap adjustable nylon ones for a total of ~$8 (lol) and one broader, padded leather one for $30 - for my Greco Les Paul which plays and sounds like a dream but weighs a tonne. This should make it all a lot easier on my back, as I can have each strap adjusted perfectly for each guitar and left on it, rather than fiddling around and getting it half-right.
Been meaning to get these for many months now, so nice to have that done.
And 10 fuses, the ones used by my amp head and one of my combo amps of which I currently only have one (so if that blows, I can't use either of those two amps and I already don't bother using one because it'd mean swapping the fuse).
Guess I also bought some wood glue to fix the leg of the combo amp I'm using as a cab, and I'm going to be buying some speaker cable to replace the one in there, so I can sit my amp head on top of it rather than next to it on a milk crate.
In addition to that, I'm going to get my Gibson Eye guitar set up (as it has some serious buzz issues I can't fix myself) and get the crack that got it discounted to $800 or thereabouts fixed up better so it's not visible, probably. Gotta get some quotes on that first, though.
Other things I've been meaning to buy but only recently got around to:
Also recently bought a replacement wifi card for my laptop (as the original one caused hangs during startup, and I also bought the wrong card (two letters off, haha) as an initial replacement, which was annoying), which means I no longer have to use a USB Wifi Dongle (which is good as the one I was using was failing).
Also bought a cooling pad with a fan in it for $20, which is needed as I often use the laptop on my bed or other soft surfaces, and also some new rubber feet for my laptop as the glue on the original ones failed and they fell off and at least one was eaten by one of the dogs, which should let it stay on the cooling pad a little better.
Yay finally doing things that I should've done long ago.
