I think he means they are disappointing uncustomized. The general parts are good seperate but not very good together.

Earth Aquila is good. Chuck on a metal face and it is quite a good bey. HF for LLD is the down fall. But, simply by adding a RF, it also becomes quite a good bey. They are 2 beys that only require 1 different part to be somewhat competitive.

Which is more then what can be said for almost all the other uncustomised beys out there.
