Senior year of high school next year.

I don't even know if I'm going to survive the exams for this year... *deadpan*
So, im making somewhat of a movie now. That Random Thoughts worthy, right?
Gosh I'm like sad because I shaved for graduation today since I have to sing Unhappy. I should be sad for my friends graduating … but no, I'm sad because my facial hair is gone lol. I went a good 3 weeks but something always comes up where I can't keep it growing XD.

I'm officially a Junior now Gasp.

Yo, @[Dark_Mousy] How'd that happen? You guys have been attending the same tournaments for a long time? (Please tag me when you reply or I'll probably forget to check this thread)
(May. 21, 2015  5:43 AM)Dual Wrote: Yah, my sophomore year and junior year (hopefully my senior year too) have been good, I can't complain. I just feel really out of place. My grade school was sheltered, so it was a huge wake up call when I heard people talking about drugs and alcohol and the like, and doing so without shame. And I was also introduced to a larger student body, so there were inevitably people (probably the same people doing drugs) who annoyed me extremely. I have a low-tolerance level for people in general, and high school is not the place to escape from that.

That being said, I don't have high hopes for college, unless I can get into a non-party school. One where people actually care about their future, not being "young and wild and free" and "living in the moment" or whatever.

Rant over Smile

That's just kinda what college is. You have to take the good with the bad. Besides, partying (while not my thing) isn't always the sign of people who don't care. I've seen people stay in all the time and simply not care about anything. Meanwhile, the captain of the speech team at the college I go to goes and gets plastered fairly often. Meanwhile, she attends every tournament, has a freakishly high GPA, is a speech tutor, is a writing tutor, studied abroad, and has job offers from everywhere.

She certainly lives in the moment and parties when she wants, but she has her stuff together, something that I really respect. And she's definitely in the top 10 nicest people I know. I thought that people who partied got weeded out fast, but those can be the people who succeed the most. It's just a matter of who they are.

College students are adults, and they're gonna do stuff like that. I remember walking out of my room, because the hallway was loud, and running into this kid in my Communications class. He was plastered, and likely high. Still aced the midterm he took the next day, because he studied the day before, and took it seriously.

I've come to simply accept it.
Hm, I have no blog and do not want to start one except if it is to dedicate one to traveling with food allergies, but I am otherwise really hesitating about whether I should write some report about my trip to Japan. Looking at the "Holidays Japan" thread from 2010, it makes me think that everybody already went and does not need a guide or anything, much less from me, hah. It is rather sad that all of those who posted in that topic have left since ... Anyway, I will of course always be available for questions, but should I leave it at that ? I am of course no expert in Japan yet, which is part of the reasons I will necessarily return in upcoming years.

You should post a report! Even if you're not an expert (which nobody would expect you to be after one trip), your experience is still valuable, which is why I appreciated you sharing your experiences with me a couple weeks ago when you returned since I'm planning to visit myself sometime soon.
So I found out I'm anemic xD

Apparently mine is "Life Threatening" If I don't take Iron supplements
...I'm pretty sure i have social anxiety, i fit a lot of the signs i found online. I know its pretty common, amybody here have it/used tp have it? i kinda just want a few tips on how to deal with this better.

I used to have social anxiety

My tip is just find friends that make you feel comfortable and have fun. It helped me

[[MissingNo.]] Which? Anemic or Anxiety?
I don't exactly know. For example, I avoid at maximum any kind of interaction with any kind of people (irl), and when I really have to talk, I don't feel good at all. Of course this doesn't apply to my family.

This. Now this is interesting.

How did you manage to find out, Dark?
Now this is really random. I have a lot of old VHS in my house, mainly movies and cartoons for kids from the 90's. In the lot, there was a really odd one called "Les Aristos". Just on the box, it looked like a rip-off of the movie "The Aristocats". I looked carefully on it, even on the cassette itself, there was just some text (in french), absolutely no visible name of who created that short movie. Even on the credits at the end, nothing. Just "Produktion" and "media concept 1995". I've searched, and I can't find anything about this movie. Anyway, it's not worth to search deeply, since the movie is pretty bad, and the animation is totally horrible, even for a 1995 cartoon movie (also, the artwork on the box is totally different from the movie.) ... Huh. This is officially my weirdest post.

Pictures. I know a ton of these ripoffs were made to cash in....

Here's what you gotta do: Upload a video of you going insane watching the tape, and make a Creepypasta story of it, saying the credits warped your mind. Or something, I never can see VHS tapes the same ever again.

Or just dump it online if you can't find it, heh.
Make a creepypasta of that ? There's really nothing scary about this movie, the box artwork is more scary than the movie itself haha. I'll try to post some pictures today, but there's nothing to see really. I don't even know if there was an english version of it. Something interesting is that on the credits, it says "Produktion" with a k. "Produktion" in german means "Production" obviously. But the movie's language is french.

EDIT : There is actually some text, at the very beginning ot the movie. It says "die Abenteuer von Lucy, Lionel, Laureen und Mrs. McDonald" (The adventures of Lucy, Lionel, Laureen and Mrs. McDonald, obviously)

We can conclude that this movie is from Germany.
I can't make any more videos for a long time now... Someone stole my camera...
I just finished my high school graduation. Woo! Grin

An even bigger congratulations on not being out partying, drinking, probably doing illegal activities, etc. hah. At my graduation, it seemed like there were people who had plans that implied not hearing about them because of suspicious activities until at least two days.

Love to see a picture of the box art mate.
These mock busters are nightmare fuel.

Aha! When I saw that comment without seeing the link, I knew from the very start that it was gonna be Dingo Pictures, they did a Simba clone as well...

EDIT: I never saw the comments before as this one had caps.
