THIS IS WHAT I SPENT THE LAST TWO YEARS WORKING FOR, THANK YOU. Anyway, this might be the best award I've ever won. By far. I was literally jumping like a little girl when I found out. (But I look like a moron in that picture, though)
Also: Congrats, Ga! I didn't get into Cornell, so kill it for the both of us!
Well, after reconsidering Kansas due to being forced into forfeiting the debate scholarship I got, I'm going to Monmouth College. I don't have a debate scholarship, but it's 60 dollars a year (yes, SIXTY), and I got an opportunity to participate in undergrad research with faculty on Scottish independence attempts before I even start classes. After the stipend, I'm going for free.

Ach, not another earthquake! A 5.1 struck at La Habra, which is somewhat close to us, and it was a roller. Why did it have to happen when I was doing a Stop-Motion Lego film? Thanks a lot Nature.

Ya a lot of my friends who focused on music instead got into ridiculous schools though, idk how that one worked. I'm still pretty happy though haha.
Cornell is still pretty great - Ivy Leage and a name I recognise, can't be too bad. Congrats man.
RE: Windows XP discontinuation discussion: Good riddance. Microsoft released a more up to date OS that didn't suck in Windows 7 and everyone should've moved on then. XP is a relic at this point anyway.
Too bad I only know Cornell for their Lacrosse, lol.
So my March Madness brackets are all screwed up thanks to Dayton and Tennessee's runs. My team Wichita State lost to Kentucky (close though). I'm surprised this year. It's just as exciting as last year's, when FGCU made that Cinderella run. Now looking at it. I think it's gonna be a Florida-Kentucky Final.

Well, at least you're okay I guess...
It must have been traumatizing to see a piece of lego suddenly became out of place during the earthquake and you felt the rage, yes?

Basically,
Leo looks good.
Donatello looks like a Ghostbuster.
It looks like it will be a "not bad, yet not good" situation for me- not liking how they changed the origins or the looks so much.
It's more or less just a typical summer blockbuster now.
Anyone saw the trailer of Harlock Space pirate ? That movie look awesome ! Please look to the trailer, it,s one of the bests trailers i've saw !

It was traumatizing, because I was doing it on a narrow table, on the edge and it fell off. The whole thing.
Just got back from my second rugby scrimmage. This one was way rougher than the first. I played varsity and stayed in the whole game, 100 minutes (it was a scrimmage). Besides the fact that my hands didn't work right due to the cold, I was barrelled over by some huge guy. I was pretty shaken up, but I'm glad I got a taste of what I'm in for, haha.
There's another Purge movie? I really think this movie is a government experiment to get real people's reactions if it did happen, and if they get any positive feedback, then there will be a real Purge. It's gonna be Polybius all over again people!
Thanks a lot broken Skip Ad button.

Was that sarcasm or what you really think?
I like the movie, but it's jut so unrealistic; there is no possible way emergency forces would be suspended whatsoever or if the activity could be contained for merely 12 hours.
Actually both, but the US government is a loopy one. My mom told me they wanted to blow up the moon, and the same thing I told you guys about Polybius, by the way, did any of you know about it before I brought it up?
Where did she hear that? I doubt they'd try to blow up the Moon.
EDIT: Th!nk's right, my bad for responding to the topic.
I have heard about Polybius before - it's a myth, and nothing more. Governments of many countries have invested in and done some crazy stuff (and some of the things we accept on a daily basis are pretty awful IMO), but talking about things that are absolute myths like they're real only serves to discredit discussion of cases that still stand to be discussed, whether or not they are true.
Either way, the topic is not suitable for this site, too political in particular, so it should be dropped - take it somewhere more appropriate, please.

Back on the topic of Ninja Turtles... when Mikey took off his mask at the end of the trailer, did anyone else notice he paid a strong resemblance to Shrek?
Well I got official confirmation. I will be moving in June to start working for Hasbro in the PR department.
WHERE????
That better not be some twisted April Fool's joke.
But seriously, congrats Dark. Hopefully, you can pass along some of our inputs to Hasbro, haha.

Dudes and dudets(I doubt I spelled that rightXD) I didn't get joked on at all at school today. Why? Because I had to take the English II STAAR Test and we stayed in the same testing rooms until school ended! the only April Fools joke I got was Limited Format V2.0! Thank you so much WBO!
I was named as the National Association of Urban Debate League's runner-up for National Debater of the Year. Obviously, I'm happy about this. I find it amazing that I was even considered, considering my distinct lack of tournament wins, and zero participation in the national circuit because my school simply can't afford it.
Anyway, we eventually lost to the runners-up for the city championships in octofinals. I will not go into how, because that is a rabbit hole I will not enter. Regardless, I'm kinda sad that my high school debate career is over.
