Random Thoughts 5 - READ RULES IN FIRST POST

Played Basketball with the Grade 10 and 11s today. They seriously like to tease me. Ever since I started making steals off the 'MVP' they actually took me more seriously. Guess being small helps, no one notices me when I steal. It's like, fun teasing to the extent that on of the G11s, the big man said that "____ is always on my team now! He's good!"

I had to lol.
We had a Language Arts Vocab Quiz today. She told us our scores today as well. I got 100. Wasn't hard at all. Very simple words (To me). Also we didn't go outside today. We have gone outside once in the last almost 2 weeks.
That sucks, going out and playing Ultimate Frisbee is AWESOME.

Vocab Quizes are really easy, I scored straight 100s on all of mine.
My teacher have us a very hard list of words to memorize and had a 60 point quiz the next day. Nobody did well except for one. I only got a 71% which made so mad! Thankfully I did some extra credit assignments. That grade took me down to a B!
"It's a passing mark"

That's what us Math Extended students say, mainly cause our teacher is horrible...

Still, my A-Student me says, better luck next time and that sucks Smile You'll bring it back up Tri!

In my Honor's English class our list is up to about 140 Uncertain
Define, spell, and use it in a sentence with an objective point of view overlooking the book we're reading -.-
I know how you feel, and it's worse in AP Euro...
Seriously? 140 words?

Must be why my English Mark is 94... We do 10 words at a time.
Im not even in honors english (woulda been, if my grammar school had actually taught grammar...) and honestly, its a joke. We "learn" words like stamina and anguish, both of which I was learning in 4th grade. The teacher really doesnt care what you do and makes tons of empty threats. Basically, english is a madhouse. It kind of gets entertaining after awhile.
The 140 is for these 3 weeks Uncertain My AP Euro is a lot worse... SO MANY PEOPLE, PLACES, AND DATES!
It's absolutely ridiculous how many I have, I'll count how many words total, then post back on this thread later.
I got second rank in my class. 82% was my overall.
Best in maths. 95/100. Worst in physics. 69/100.
I really need to pick up grades.

I missed 1st by 14 marks :.(
Today we played 3 way kickball in Gym. It's like normal kick ball except there are 3 teams. One sits out each game. It went like this

Team 1 VS Team 2 (Team 1 kicks)
Team 2 vs Team 3 (Team 2 kicks)
Team 3 vs Team 1 (Team 3 kicks)

Everybody was able to do each different thing like 3 or 4 times (Kicking and people in the field). Whenever whatever team that was kicking got 3 outs we would switch to the next groups playing. My team sucked our first game when kicking. Every person who got to kick (4) but 1 got an out when they kicked. We started doing better at the end. One time we got 3 people to get back to home base for one kick. If this is confusing PM me.
Well, my grades are doing "Okay."

I have a 99% in ELA. I thought I failed a test, but I actually got a 100% on it. I didn't even answer the questions with post a positive and negative factor! How did I do so well?

I have a 98% in Social Studies. Yep. It's alright, I guess. It's the hardest subject for me, after all.

95% in chorus, because "I don't act enthusiastic enough." It's hard when your teacher is always pretending that our class sounds great. But, luckily, we have our regular teacher back, so more auto 100%! Yay!

98% in 7X Math. No problem here. (See what I did there?)

95% in gym. Smile Pretty good. But failing if compared to other students.

102% in science, since I haven't gotten anything under a 100 in her class yet. (Extra two points come from a bunch of bonus questions she likes to give out on tests!)

I guess I'm doing quite well this year. Cute
Those marks are epic.
Aiming to be a Yale/Harvard graduate Mouce?

Thanks for the compliment on my grades! I usually don't like to brag... but I'm kinda at the top of my class. That also brings consequences as well.

I'm basically a goal for other students. "Do better than Takasu!" is usually what they think.

I get a 98% on a test? They get a 99% and rub it in my face. I get 105% on a test? They get a 99% and they hate me, even if I don't say anything about there grade but a quick "Nice job!"

It really bothers me, but I guess people will always be jealous...

And the Yale/Harvard thing... is partly true. My ultimate goal is to open up as many career paths as I can so that I have a lot to choose from when I'm a fully grown mouse. I've considered becoming a Naval IT, but I don't know. I could become a lawyer, musician, some Youtuber that makes videos for money, or a detective. My future is really unclear, because I have a tendency to switch interests extremely fast.

Oh, and if anyone doesn't know, I'm a house mouse. Tongue_out
That reminds me of what happens when I get a little lower than someone. I'm like one of the smartest (None of us keep track we just know who the pretty smart kids are). If I get 1 question wrong and someone gets none people are like "I scored higher than you". My grades for the second nine weeks are

Language Arts:97 (This teacher hates me. No joke)
Social Studies:97 (She likes to push me hard and has higher expectations)
Math:98 (You screw up and get an 80 and a 90 on Homework. I normally get 100's on tests, quizes and homework)
Science:98 (Once again you get a few bad grades and you lose points)
Art:100 (Easy class and I'm a boss)
Computer:98

Not bad. Like I said earlier in this thread I now have Career Decisions and P.E.

That is how grades work. Mystery Solved
OK, everyone needs to stop being show-offs and making drama out of being at ninety-eight for the moment, it makes you look really bad ... Especially when you realise, years later, that grades and what you learn at school mean nothing at all, unless you become a doctor or something, and even then only a few classes' contents count.
Recently, I realized truly how effective outsourcing can be - I've made a lot of money and saved a lot of time. I just can't see how I can go back now haha.

You sound like a spambot :V Your signature doesn't help either, lol

I remember the days when getting less than a 100 in a class wasn't acceptable, and that scores over an A+ were attainable... and then I went to college
Ugh, I have the flu, quack. Tired I have a headache, my back is sore as carp, and I'm coughing like nuts. This really isn't fun. I hate being sick. Doesn't everyone?

I love being sick.
Well Duck, I hope you get better.

My dog is getting old. I'm very worried about her. She won't go outside to do her..You know...buisness....
My dads going to the bring her to the vet tommorow. She's twelve. Angry Crying
urgh ... !
When you sister has a birthday sleep over with 3 other screaming girls and you stuck sleeping in the room next door ...
It's hell I tell you.
What is the best video editing software (that's free) that I should use for a video I need to edit for a counselor at my school?

Not Movie Maker, though... Uncertain
Apparently Apple's products in Australia are extremely overpriced compared to the prices over seas, according to the news. Hmm.

Like everything in Australia, really.
