Random Thoughts 5 - READ RULES IN FIRST POST

I sat at home, passed out candy and cuddled with my gf hen, when she left, faithful dog: Zia :3
I actually wanted to go Trick-or-Treating, but homework kept be bogged in.

Still got some candy, though, and I'm glad most everyone else seemed to have had a good time. Smile
Happy Halloween!
i sat around playing PS3 with my girlfriend's younger brother, and then watched The Cat People, an old 1942 movie.
My god, that movie was old. A bit of a let down, but not like I was expecting much anyways.

I at least carved a pumpkin last night. Here's a picture of how it turned out.
My computer teacher was the tenth doctor from Doctor Who. Since he wore Convers, we played hacky sack before class. He used to play all the time in high school ,and in college too I think.

Happy Halloween!

That stinks. I didn't get to go Trick-or-Treating either because of WOL Teen Club at my church. Tired

Happy Halloween to you, too, and everyone else!

Even though I didn't get to go Trick-or-Treating tonight, I did see the movie Frankenweenie by Tim Burton today! It was really good. I... cried when Sparky (Victor's dog) died. I'm such a baby duckie. Cute

Albus Dumbledore from Harry Potter? Gandalf from The Hobbit?

The pumpkin that I carved last night was a depiction of the minor god Janus from Greek Mythology. I'll post pictures later, quack. Wink
Choclate for breakfast today......
Trick or treating candy+Left over giving out candy=HAPPY KATRI!(Thats me)
I seem to have found HALF A BANANA in a bag of sweets.
I saw a man had his door OPEN and then when I was just about to come up to him he slammed it my face.

Now for spookie storie....
Happy Late Halloween everybody!!!
Well, except for me... It's early Halloween for me. You can probably guess why. (hint: New Jersey)
And... to top it all off, My parents won't let me go trick or treating. Tired I'm "too old."
Heck, I'm the same age as Tri!
Why today?
It's because of the down wires, messes all over the place, etc. after the storm.

They postponed our Halloween until Sat.
And I don't have school till then.

Anyhow, I lost my TI 83 cable, so no game4me.
Gotta program!

There was a storm and general carp-weather on Tuesday, when Trick or Treat was planned. Speaking of that, I saw a kid dressed like Gingka.
i didnt go trick or treating this halloween but i handed out candy to the trick or treaters. kind of fun, halloween was on the 31st for me and im just posting this kind of late. happy halloween people!
Does anyone know good games for the TI-83+ calculator? I've been trying to find some RPGs, like Pokemon, but none have brought good gameplay/graphics.

Any space shooters? Any Mario game (that look okay)?

And does anyone know a calculator version of Pokemon with graphics? Because all the others look really bad, since the "map" is made of symbols.

Thank you!
I play Gold and Crystal on my TI Nspire CX... Not sure if it works on the 83 though. try red or green.
I feel so special right now; browsing the WBO with my own browser!

Anyways, I purchased a Siverlink connector cable, but I cannot get it to connect to my computer. It dosn't detect my calculator. What do I do?
I don't know why, but try using a USB extender cord and...

The LIRR train I was on from my school to Penn Station was SUSPENDED at Jamaica. And then the escalator stopped working. It took a good 5 HOURS to get home, which usually takes 45 minutes or so. Has anyone else had this type of problem before with the MTA and LIRR???
My mom just showed me the full moon and its huge! It's red-ish

It's called moonshine. It's a natural phenomena that happens every so often. Type "what is moonshine" into Google Search if you want to know more about it. Wink

I got A+ in English, A+ in Chemistry, B- in Latin, and C- in History for my finals. I need to pick my History grade up, quack. Tired
I think more than just stuff about the moon would show up, haha.

Anyways, I saw the full moon yesterday to and it didn't look reddish to me, maybe my eyes are bad, haha. (they aren't, I'm 20-20)

Uhm, I don't think that's exactly what moonshine is...

EDIT: Heh, Tri said it right.
I researched it and it was a penumbral eclipse! That is why it was red-ish orange!

Duck, Moonshine is an alcoholic drink... xD

Anyway, you were right about it being sort of a natural phenomena. That must have been the one time of the year the the Moon is closest to the Earth (to you) in its elliptical orbit, and it does seem to be an orangy-red color.

EDIT: I guess not. xD
Tech - It's not just an alcoholic drink. I read about it in Science last year. :\

You're both right XD It's ALSO a move in Pokemon Smile
Yeah, we just studied eclipses last month, hah. By the way, we have a half day today due to teacher in services! Yay! Also the reason I'm typing this at school. 0_o
