I've had this on my mind for a while. Was Samurai Pegasus stronger or at least slightly stronger than Big Bang Pegasus? I mean, it was made from Big Bang so it should at least retain all and if not, most of the material Big Bang Pegasus was made up of.

Of course it's all up to writers, but I think how that clash ended was a reasonable choice. Made sense when you consider the two bladers.

It's not just gonna end like that. Lui and Valt are basically on par with each other at the moment, Rantaro may be a good match for Lui and Drum may be a good match for Valt.

Chapter 12: The Incredible Sword of the Legend Valt faces the Demon!!
Hikaru's dive bomb knocks Lucius away and Lain gets mad and goes full power. The pummeling cracks Helios and Valt can't bear to watch it anymore so he launches Valtryek into the ring. It bounds away Lucius and hits it with a Rush Launch but then Lucius uses its driver to drift and dodge it. After that Valt unveils a new move Brave Jet. Essentially Winged Launch but Brave Valtryek (its Brave Jet because Winged Launch is originally called Jet Shoot). Lucius is bursted, and Lain feels a weird mix of anger and despair. Shu quickly sees the moment to strike and rushes down to Lain. He apologizes for being to harsh and thinks about the affect it must've had on Lain. Shu pledges to be a better teacher, and Lain ends up breaking down into tears. Shu and Lain return to the Red Bulls, and a tattered Hikaru with a cracked bey returns to Hyuga. Hyuga is very surprised to see Helios' condition.

(Special) Chapter 13: Hyuga Zooms Through the Graveyard of Despair!!
Hikaru is unable to blade and Hyuga wants to get strong like Hyuga and starts intensely training but just falls flat on his butt. Hikaru talks about how he replaced Rantaro as a Legend however Lain joining pushed him out so he would need to face Daigo to take back the #15 spot. As they're saying this Daigo comes in for a bite to eat. Hyuga recognizes him as the guy Hikaru was talking about and wants to challenge him. Daigo first wants to eat but is persuaded to fight. Hyperion fiercely attacks Doomscizor which activates it to smash into Hyperion with into metal double strike. Hyperion is knocked back into a wall and bounds himself away towards Doomscizor. Doomscizor also rushes towards Hyperion after bounding towards it using double strike. Hikaru is watching the battle and tears up since the moment to face Daigo was right here but he can't blade. Both beys clash and its a double ring out. after a short time skip everyone's eating and having a good time.

Chapter 14: Breaking Kerbeus' Anti-Chocking Chains of madness!!
Hyuga soars through the ranks after tons of battles and hits #5 in A Rank. Hikaru is happy for him and jusr met Rantaro to get his bey fixed. He wants to battle and breaks away from Hyuga to find someone. Hyuga thinks about how he's always left in the dust and nows his time to shine. Ranjiro and Rantaro sneak up behind Hyuga and scold him, saying that a toxic mentality to have. Hyuga isn't left in the dust behind Hikaru, Hyuga and Hikaru's lines of progression are different and Hyuga is his own blader. Hikaru accidentally ventures into an alleyway and gets scared by someone who just happens to be Ken. Ken says he recognizes Hikaru as  someone Valt told him about and Hikaru wants to battle Ken. In short Helios pummels Kerbeus, Kerbeus absorbs all the hits, Helios goes to bound it away instead and it hits the wall and bursts. Hikaru makes friends with Ken and goes to meet up with a now determined Hyuga.

Chapter 15: The Epic Battle against the Best!!
Hikaru and Hyuga reflect on all the past events and where they are now. Hikaru has overtaken Wakiya and is Legend Rank 14 meanwhile Hyuga surpassed Daigo and is now legend rank #15. They have a practice battle but its interrupted by Valt, Dante, and Aiger. these guys want to have a big Battle Royale, with Hikaur and Hyuga included. They agree to it and start the long battle.

(Special) Chapter 16: The Mystery Blader!!
To put it simply the winner of the election runs into Hikaru and Hyuga and fights Hikaru .This takes place before Chapter 15.

Chapter 17: The Finale of a Journey!! Everyone's Bonds Collide Into a Sparking Explosion!!
The first round ends with Valt winning but Valtryek is cracked. Luckily he has a new Limit Break Valtryek in his pocket. Everyone is surprised by the sudden new bey and Valt decides he'll use it form now on. Anyways the battle continues. Everyone has their own epic moment in the battle and each of them reflects on all the past events as a retelling of the series up to this point. There's a final clash with a flash of light which lights up the night sky with sparks and shatters glass that flying the air with the sparks. In the reflections of the glass we can see Everyone has a surprised or intrigued expression on their face. Beyblade Burst Surge officially ends and transitions to a 20 year old Valt who comes across a excited boy who's a big Valt fan. Valt tells the boy if he follows his dreams he can be a strong blader too.

Nice but a couple of things, If ken making an appearance implies he is the defense booster that isn’t possible since it is a legend bey. Also, I don’t think Daigo would tie in his first introduction match since they wanna promote his bey. 

True, true. But Wakiya has better things to do, like his job running theh entire WBBA. Ken can just momentarily be a legend then.

Hikaru became a Legend and less than 24 hours later he was A Rank again, so its possible for Ken to get so strong he momentarily is a Legend.
