As Angry Face said, yes! There's a reason why it's still listed in the description (along with the Bit Booster GENERATIONS) and called an "Eternal Set". Although, I just noticed the URL didn't update for some reason (since it still says "anniversary") ... will have to look into that.
Not sure if this question really belongs here or somewhere else, but what exactly is the purpose behind noting whether a combo was used only in Deck Format? Would it not make more sense for players to just keep track of what combos they used in their Deck and make a note of that in the Winning Combinations on top of the combos they used in the preliminary stage?

The combos in a players deck which are not ultimately used do have some value because they might have affected the other players choices, but the reason we do it the way we are right now is because a combo winning at least one round is more tangible in terms of the result it produced than the speculative value of "well, he had this in his or her deck so his opponent maybe couldn't do X". The Winning Combinations rule has always been about recording the combos that win actual battles in our events, so extending that to include the Deck combos that were used to win at least one round in Deck Format seemed like the logical way forward.

Ah, I think you may have misunderstood my question, sorry for wording it badly. Uncertain

If a combination is present in a Deck and then not used, it makes sense not to include it on the list even if it did have an effect on the players' choices during the match. I understand that, but either way it's probably a good practice to state the full deck afterward, outside of the list of combos actually used, for the sake of context. Something kind of like what I did here for BimoSuryo's combos - Xcalibur Armed Blow isn't on the list because he never used it, but I made sure to note that he did have it in his Deck (even though this is kind of a bad example since XAB and OWP were kind of just throwaway combos he made to fill up the last two slots).

I was specifically asking about the word only - why is it important to note that a certain combo was only used in Deck Format and not in the preliminary stage?

When did you purchase it? We apply them manually, haha.
Does the wbo have an owner or so? Like I know bey Brad was like a founder and kai v took over for him but I forgot a lot of the history of the wbo since I was Last a member. Is there an owner to the site or is it just governed by a party sort of system through admins.

We are all volunteers, and personally I always prefered to view it as a group effort than one person governing. It cannot be helped that I am the most active Committee Member here, so I ended up doing most of the stuff sometimes, but I always want others' feedback at least.
I can't seem to be able to post a new topic in General Discussion, what's up with that?

Well we have a filter where each new topic has to be approved first, because most SPAMmers post(ed) there, on average. That might be why hah.

Ahh, that makes sense. I just wanted to start a topic similar to TraniacJ's concept one on there.

Hm, I do not see any threads waiting for approval there though. Did it get submitted but it does not show up, or does it even refuse to be submitted?
