Questions about the WBO

Thanks, and Luck, too late. XD

Once both players in a match have made their selection, their chosen equipment and parts should definitely be inspected.
I check the parts of each Blader before every match that I judge, and so do the other judges in Maryland. We've caught a bunch of bad parts this way, and it should be the standard operating procedure for judges everywhere.

Takes like 5 seconds per bey - unless there is something fishy. But if there is something wrong, that's exactly why you're checking in the first place, so it is time well spent..
There tend to be ugly consequences for most people in an event, but especially select participants and judges, if we find out fake or illegal parts were used after the fact, as well.

Wear your seatbelts, kids!
How do you become an advanced member?
How do you make words into links? I searched but nothing came up.

The Help section should always be searched first :
http://worldbeyblade.org/misc.php?action=help&hid=7
Scenario:

You see a new member post a question in the wrong section/the question has been answered before. You:

a.) Tell them the answer and the re-direct them to the proper place.
b.) Do not answer the question at all, instead re-direct them directly.
C - Tell them a very brief and unsatisfactory answer, but tell them that all the details and explanations are in the following link.
In the Standard Rulebook 4.0, I saw that you aren't allowed to switch modes like how all L-Drago's and some tracks can switch modes. With the introduction of 4D, this takes away from different types of battle while playing against your opponent during the round. Since a judge must always be present for the duration of the round, why can't the judge lay out the pieces and change the mode in the way the player ask them to, so everyone can see what's going on? I don't see that as unfair.

Disassembling is simply not supposed to happen.
Say I went to a tournament and had 3 combos, and wanted to put a Metal Face on each, but only had one. Can you do this?
Yes... You could just alternate which one had the Metal Face; there is no penalty.
Has no one ever thought up a Host face? Also does just hosting a tournament qualify you to be able to post on the host only thread and the "special name bolding"
The Hosting/Judging Face is the DJ Face, which you already have.

And obviously, yes. Hosting a successful tournament does qualify you to become a bolded member, or a recognized TO.
Isn't your first Face like exactly that?

Yes, but it has to be successful hosting, no crazy carp associated with it.

Edit: haha, our posts were even structured the same!

You can only choose one customization per battle anyway, so what you do before your selection does not matter.
I would probably assume that it is illegal as its modified but just in-case its not i thought id double check.

But is a rev up launcher modded by removing the lock mechanism against the rules for tornys and normal matches?

- It's only illegal to modify your combination in between rounds. Once the beybattle is finished, you can change your combination, ie: swap Metal Faces.

- It is illegal to modify any launcher.
Rev Up launchers can be used like normal launchers without removing that mechanism anyway, in my experience, as long as you have a good enough launch, which is basically just what is needed to use a beylauncher effectively. I really don't see the point in removing it.
Can you use un customized beys in tournaments?

Of course, not the best strategy, but yea.

I have to ask why you would ever doubt that, it's not the first time it's been asked and it's a very odd question, one I'd like to get to the bottom of, if there is anything that may be causing it in particular?

All(well 99%) of the TRU tournaments make you use stock(out-of-the-box) beyblades. And they don't allow you to customize. Maybe that is the cause.Other than that...he could be like me(I didn't know MFB beyblade parts were interchangeble-ah n00bish meLips_sealed)

EDIT: Read the question wrong...argh brain battery low.
