Most people have their own avatar, so I will not make an announcement just for one picture.

Where is a proper tier list that is not outdated? I tried to search but it said I is the 2010 tier list. I also tried to search "2012 tier list" but that didn't help much either.

There isn't an up-to-date tier list yet. But the advanced forum version is working to fix that. You could always follow the discussion there.

He's been spamming Intros and I know Kai-V has seen it since she has warned him before...

Kai-V knows about him/her. They have a dynamic IP or something that cannot be banned permanently.

Though, its pretty easy to tell which accounts are his. Because they all post pretty much the same thing

But its pretty darn hilarious, he's making three or four accounts just to talk to himself XD

The problem is that he inherently has a super dynamic IP address ... Each of those accounts has a different IP address, completely.

Its just a personal preference, I guess. Even if they do not, it shows up "This post was last modified ...
" so I guess people just want to make it obvious that they edited it and make it clear what they added in.

Question:

Because we respect the fact that we cannot double post. "EDIT:" is usually written when another post was made while a person was writing, and this changes the content or tone of that person's message, so they need to make a proper edit that can often contradict the actual post. For instance :
