Well, I'm actually not sure about the better parts thing. BBG-24 has Balro, E230, and people say Girago is good.
BBG-25 has Wyvang, Killerken, also Balro, Revizer, and SA165.

Since I'm a spoiled brat, I got both at the same time, so I'm foggy on the spare parts, but aside from 230WD I don't think any of them are that useful.

But if you need those parts, get whatever one will fill out your combos better.
