I'm guessing that this layer is a reference to the golden form SV takes in episode 1 of GT when it's launched in front of Dram/Drum and Delta.

The gold goku chip may cause some pretty heavy weights, as Gachi hexagons are already super heavy along with Chouzetsu hexagons. With this, I’m pretty sure some super heavy gachi bey is gonna be next to immovable if not invulnerable.
