XF stands for Extreme Flat.
As far as I know, the exclusive offer with Quetzalcoatl 90WF will end this August. That means that collecting Sub-licence cards will not get you a Quetzalcoatl anymore.
Instead, it seems the new special, limited beyblade is Anubis :
