Funny they re-released Libra because it's banned both by the WBBA and the WBO...unless it's another mold....But still very good news since I don't have Libra.

It isn't banned by the WBBA, you can use Libra in their tournaments but you can't use MF.

oh. The weight limit and the total ban was confusing.

This Libra 100D seems to have won against Gravity Perseus 90RF with a Metal Face, whatever that represents, hah.
